Chapter Three

Plans with the President

      Virgo was elated when they arrived in Washington. They had walked for a while but eventually Virgo bored of the endless exercise and pulled her and Mathew to the capitol in a bubble of gravity. Luckily no one was around them when she landed them a few blocks from where Mathew explained the president resided.

     "Which way now?" Virgo asked, digging around in her purse violently.

     "Umm its right over there," Mathew pointed to a large building with an American flag flying in the wind. "How do you plan on entering?"

    Virgo ignored him until suddenly the rummaging in her purse stopped and she pulled out a white ID card with a picture of her face planted on it. "With this!" She started walking as Mathew began trying to wrap his mind around the fact that his Employer had a white house instant pass.

     "How did you get that Lady Virgo?" Mathew questioned, eyeing the Secret Service as they neared the gates. Virgo smiled, ignoring the fact he had used the term lady despite her telling him against it.

    "A former President bestowed it to me out of friendship the last time I was on earth." Suddenly a guard  shot his hand out in front of them, hindering their movement.

      "I'm sorry Ma'm but you can't come this close," the guard said with a hint of pride. Virgo merely scoffed.

    "I believe you will find that I very much can." She dangled the card in front him, watching his eyes grow wide as he grasped it with both hands.

      "Stay here please, I need to verify this." He walked away with the card as Virgo began tapping her foot in annoyance. Mathew just stood gaping at the massive building that towered in front of him. He visited here once when he was a child with his father but never had he been this close. 

     The guard rushed back to them with several other men tailing close behind. "It's valid ma'm, sorry for the wait." He gave her an apologetic glance as the giant gate opened slowly before them. The pair made their way through, more guards surrounding them as they walked upon the marble stairs.

     A very small part of Mathew was thrilled about walking into the White House, as he imagined the tale he could tell the other servants once he returned, but the larger and more reasonable part scolded him for not doing more to stop his ladies behavior. Still his fear held him back, its grasp around his actions tight and unrelenting.

      The Secret Service led them through the maze of rooms until they stopped in a small waiting room with a gold eagle embellishing the wall above their chairs. Virgo was still trying to remain in her prideful attitude, so with a flick of her long hair, she sat down in her seat with a hmmph.

      "The president is currently in a meeting with China, he should be done soon, please wait here." the same Secret Service smiled at them before leaving a handful of men in the room. Mathew eyed them nervously.

      "You do have a plan, right?" he whispered to Virgo. She gave him a smirk, her eyes twinkling with amusement.

      "Of course," she winked, "what do you take me for? A fool?" She obviously was joking but Mathew knew what happened last time he fooled around with his master so he just bowed his head.

     "No i-im sorry!" Virgo was tempted to laugh as the guards were obviously very bored and confused by her and Mathews interactions. She wiped her sweaty palms against the fabric of her  jeans, trying to remain calm. She was strong, she held the power over them she reminded herself.

   Suddenly a short bald Asian man burst through the door with a fierce frown and anger emitting from him like a heat wave.

     "No no more games with America, I demand to be treated with the respect I am entitled to." he shook a fist at the guards before stomping his foot on the ground repeatedly. A man  broke through  the door behind him, A suit and too much hair gel adorning him.

     "Please friend, let us restart your visit, my men have messed up and I apologize for their lack of knowledge." he shot a glare at one of the guards before desperately trying to lure the man back through the door. Virgo saw the man had no intention of calming down and knew something bad would happen if she did not intervene. She stood to her feet and placed a hand on the seething mans shoulder.

      "Please sir, do not be angry at the employer when an employee has failed to do his duty. Many times my servants have messed up something for my company and I had nothing to do with it." she reasoned as the Asian man scratched his chin in thought. He eyed the suit man once more before breaking into a heartfelt laugh.

     "Of course," he barked out through chuckles, "thank you for reminding me." Suit man gave Virgo a nod of thanks before breaking into a chuckle as well. He led the much shorter man through the door and Virgo returned to his seat. Virgo thought she would be waiting much longer until the President arrived but suit man peeked back in and a light bulb went off in her head.

     "My thanks ma'am, what did you need?" Virgo straightened herself before replying!

     "I came here to take over the world!" The presidents face broke out in shock.

     "What?!?"
