𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖 𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒-𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐍 was sat in the studio with 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐀 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐇𝐄𝐑 as they were in the middle of a conversation,

It was how the C&W show went,

Random conversations that hopefully had something to do with football.

"So who's your football role model who isn't a footballer and why?" Callina asked curiously knowing that Willow's biological family all supported different teams.

"My Nonna who is my grandmother on my dad's side, and the story is kinda interesting so you may want to get comfy." Willow figured that it made sense explaining the backstory first,

"It was the final Christmas before my parents got divorced and she was visiting from Italy. She is a massive Liverpool fan too." The blonde let out a giggle remembering the Christmas when she was nine.

"So she had given my parents and me football shirts from our teams and both my mum and I opened ours first and they were untouched." She added using her hands to create random expressions,

"But it goes to my dad who is an Arsenal fan and he opens it to reveal a shirt that looks fine but the team emblem has been crossed out and replaced with the words 'shit'" the story was finally over as Callina let out a gasp,

"Nonna is a legend." The Brit nodded her head before letting out a laugh,

"She really is," the Australian was close to the Italian as she was her favourite grandparent.

"So who does Nonna support?" The brunette asked assuming that the older woman was a big football fan,

"Liverpool ever since she was a kid but she has never been to Anfield once." The blonde explained knowing that it was on her grandmother's bucket list.

"Wait we go next week, can we please bring her? We could have her meet her favourite player!" Callina felt like a kid in a candy store coming up with these ideas,

"Wait who's her favourite player?" She added as her mouth turned into an O shape,

"It's between Origi and Van Dijk, to be honest," Willow explained knowing that Nonna wasn't able to make up her mind about it,

"We are so making this meet up happen." The Londoner grinned before she let out a squeal.

𝐁𝐄𝐍 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐋 had dropped Willow back off at her flat as she was meant to head up to Anfield later with Callina,

Sometimes the girls would go and act like pitchside reporters or commentators if they were needed.

"Nonna?" The blonde asked seeing her grandmother stood by the front door waiting for someone to let her in,

"Bambina!" 𝐀𝐔𝐑𝐎𝐑𝐀 𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒 smiled as she waved to the duo,

"Ben you've gotten big!" She added as Willow tried to hold in a laugh,

"Ciao Signora Rivers," Ben adored the older women as she treated him as though he was the grandson she never had,

"Ben call me Nonna," the Italian was adamant on people not calling her anything that made her feel old.

"Nonna what are you doing here anyway?" Willow asked knowing that older woman was meant to be on a girls trip to Greece,

"Well I heard you were going to Anfield and wanted to come with,"  Aurora smiled as she unzipped her jacket revealing the Liverpool Jersey,

Willow and Aurora walked into Anfield and Nonna was like a lost little child,

"Come on, Callina is waiting for us." Willow smiled seeing how excited her grandmother looked,

"Willow over here!" Callina called out as the two girls turned around,

"Is that?" Nonna asked as they walked over,

"No questo non sta accadendo." She added shaking her head and turning around,

Nonna always went full-on Italian when she got nervous.

"That's John Barnes." The Italian felt her eyes go wide at the realisation.

"I know, I'll introduce you to him." The Australian had met the Jamaican a few times when she was put on commentator duty.

"You've known this man and have never told me, cagna." Nonna mumbled to the girl as they finally met up with the other two.

"Nonna!" Willow let out a laugh as she always found Italian swear words funny,

"John meet Nonna," she added introducing her grandmother to the Jamaican,

"I watched you when you won the league," the Italian smiled as she looked up to the man,

He was in fact her favourite player from that squad.

"Really?" John loved meeting people who had watched him when he played for the Reds.

"Yeah, I'm a big fan." Nonna smiled before realising what she had said.

Willow had gotten a call from 𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒 𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐍 causing her to leave Nonna to wander around the tunnel,

Because what could go wrong.

"Gini do you know where my nan is?" Willow asked as the Dutchman turned around to face her,

"She is with Virgil I think." 𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐈 𝐖𝐈𝐉𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐃𝐔𝐌 pointed to his fellow Dutchman who was stood with the small Italian,

"You are a good player." Nonna smiled as 𝐕𝐈𝐑𝐆𝐈𝐋 𝐕𝐀𝐍 𝐃𝐈𝐉𝐊 let out a laugh,

"Should we go see them?" The midfielder asked as he crossed his arms,

"I don't know, they seem like they are becoming friends." The sports pundit feeling somewhat surprised that the footballer enjoyed being with Nonna,

"Bambina come here!" Nonna motioned to the young girl to join her with the defender,

"Wait you know her?" Virgil cocked his head trying to see the resemblance between Willow and Aurora,

"Yeah, meet my Nonna." The blonde smiled as she motioned to her grandmother.
