Earphone Jack has uploaded a new video: "Verbatim| cover"

The video starts off without an introduction, as most of Jirou's videos did. The camera was angled in a way that only the girl's silhouette was visible, a bright light illuminating from behind and Jirou's dainty side profile making the scene look ethereal even before the purple haired girl begun singing. A gentle and welcoming voice met the microphone, melancholy laced in the beautifully delivered words and slow strumming of the guitar. Two magical minutes passed and the song was coming to an end, this one a cover of some song that was looped on her head at the time. The last strum of the guitar resonated as Kyoka rubbed at her throat with her slender fingers, only now opening her eyes and facing the camera.

"Hi," her quiet voice greeted the camera, "I know it's been a while since my last post and all, but I've been away and haven't had access to any sort of music or camera equipment, I have been writing and am planning on releasing an album soon. I will try to upload more often, especially now that I'm closer to some musically inclined friends. Before I end the video I wanted to thank all of you for sticking with me through this whole fiasco that I started out as a gag in high school and is now funding my career. I also wanted to thank everyone for getting this channel to four million subs, that's honestly amazing and I could have never done it without you. That's all for today, see you soon, hopefully."

Jirou walked up to the camera to click it off, the machine only now balancing out the contrast so that Kyoka's face was visible. She smiled with sad eyes as she extended an arm to turn off the filming device.

Chargebolt has started a live video: "Chilling with EarphoneJacks"

The chat was flooded by people greeting the two YouTube personas, some people more excited for the colab than for either YouTuber. Kaminari tried to greet and wave to each person that was entering the live, he knew his efforts were futile but he needed something to do while they waited for a decent number of viewers to begin with the real content of the live.

Kaminari's room fit his personality strikingly well, the slightly messy living space sported posters of bands he liked and whatever show he was obsessing over for the time being, all held up by the stickers he and his mutuals sold as merch on their sites. The bed was in the center of the frame despite being tucked into one of the corners of his room, the windowsill above the head of the mattress held a couple of FunkoPops and a dead plant. The camera couldn't pick up the faint smell of weed, but Jirou certainly could as she flopped onto the bed, her black hoodie riding up slightly upon impact.

"When do we start this?" Kyoka asked her blond friend.

"Almost, you have to be wait for at least a couple hundred before you start-start the stream." Denki explained, fiddling with his singular dangly earring.

"How many are we at, then?"

"Just over 1k, we can start now." He announced as he tugged at Jirou's hand, urging her to sit next to him on the multicolored rug while he turned on the LEDs lining the room. "Watt's up, bros, Chargebolt coming back at you. Today I'm joined by Earphone Jack who doesn't want to do this, but as her best friend and unofficial manager, I forced her to."

"Hi, I'm Earphone Jack." She waved at the camera, fishnet gloves emerging from her oversized sleeves.

"Yes she is. So Kyoka came to visit me for the first time since forever ago, and I though we could stream for a bit, you guys can ask questions or something while we do stuff." He voiced his thoughts more as a question.

"We could be playing Animal Crossing but he couldn't find his switch so here I am." Jirou rolled her eyes fondly and she picked at her chipped nail polish.

"Shut up. All you do is play Animal Crossing." Kaminari smashed a finger onto Jirou's lips to shush her. He turned his attention back to the screen and read out the fist question he saw. "Someone is asking for us to show our fits."

The two stood up, Jirou and Kaminari mocking the stereotypical frat boy and white girl by throwing those poses while showing off their outfits. Kaminari wore a short sleeve button up with a vest over it and light wash blue jeans, he wore Pikachu socks that would normally peak out right above his checkered vans. Jirou opted for a much darker aesthetic, black mom jeans hung loosely on her frame under a too-large hoodie, her mismatched pastel ankle socks would normally be hidden under platform Doc Martins.

"'How did you two meet? Also, are you dating?'" The girl read out for her best friend to hear the next question. "We met in.... junior high? I'm not sure when, but i do know that this dumbass somehow caused a power outage for the school. After that he tried to unplug my headphones to see what I was listening to and ended up with a red hand-print on his face." She retold with an overly innocent smile.

"You didn't have to tell them that part. But to answer your second question, no, we are not dating. I happen to have a boyfriend and she is single and looking for somebody-" Denki was cut off by the door to his room opening, a dark haired girl stepped in, looking over her shoulder at something before she noticed where she was.

"Oh, sorry. Looks like the bathroom is the door on the other left." Her face was blushing a deep red, contrasting the beige and white of her preppy look. The girl closed the door quickly, muttering another apology before a shout was heard. "Todoroki! I know damn well you don't get your left and right mixed up, you absolute dickhead!" Stomping was heard soon followed by Todoroki exclaiming in pain.

"Everyone -including myself- is wondering who that was." Jirou asked, skimming over the chat.

"That was Todoroki's friend, I think her name is Yaomomo or something." He replied before reading out another question, "SkinnyPenis420 asks: what's our favorite color. I don't have a favorite color, I like all of them but I guess I'm sorta fond of yellow and purple."

"I like purple." Her voice was quiet, as usual, but this time it sounded more bashful than normally, her cheeks were dusted with a light pink blush. "RedRobinYum is asking what color we'd dye our hair if we wanted to. Mine is already dyed, and its purple, I'm not sure if it shows up on camera, though."

"I wouldn't dye it. My best bro, Kiri, has his hair dyed and it's a nightmare to upkeep. Kiri and I lived together for years before he moved in with Bakubro and the tub was always stained." Denki stopped to think and momentarily gave his final answer, "But I guess I would dye it pink, like bubblegum, I mean."

The pair continued to answer questions until Jirou's phone went off, she checked the notification on her screen and told Kaminari that she had to leave. "Bye, YouTube, thank you for having me."

On her way out, she ran into Yaoyorozu, literally. "Sorry, I didn't see you there." Jirou apologized, looking down in hopes that her choppy hair would hide the pink tint on her cheeks. "I haven't introduced myself, sorry, I'm Kyoka Jirou, I think Denk said your name was Yaomomo?"

An angelic chuckle left the nude colored lips of the ravenette (a moment Jirou was sure she would never forget) before she replied. "It's actually Yaoyorozu, Momo Yaoyorozu, but I like the sound of Yaomomo coming from you!" Manicured hands hovered over her mouth, barely covering the grin on Momo's face.

"Well, it was nice to meet you, Yaomomo, I have to go now, but hopefully we'll see each other soon." The trace of a smile lined Jirou's face, an oddity in recent times, as she tugged on her dark coat and waved goodbye to her new acquaintance.
