'Aishhh my head hurts like fuck, ah', Jimin thought, regretting the exact moment the tried to open his eyes.
'The fuck?am I blind or what. What the fuck is everything so white and bright' Jimin cursed internally. It took him a few moments to adjust to the light, and when he did he realised he was not in his room. The room was extremely bid and the bed was like as if he was in a 10-star hotel.
He felt something hard but soft on his back, and that was the exact moment last night's memories hit him hard.
'It's dangerous out here now' Jungkook thought. He marched towards Jimin and slipped a hard around Jimin waist, "Jiminiee baby" "Kookieeee" Jimin whined while looking at him. "Baby" "Kookieeeee you a-are shoo blurryyyyy".
"Baby you are drunk" "No kookie... No drunk... Kookkiieeee I miched chu" Jimin hugged Jungkook like a koala, not wanting to let go of the taller.
Jimin's face turned red.'WTF I WAS DOING' He was both embarrassed and flustered as fuck.
"Baby wake up. Drink this" Jungkook woke Jimin up and made him drink a glass of water.
Jungkook took care of him all along. He smiled. He got chills imagining of what would have happened if Jungkook wasn't there for him yesterday.
"Cuddles KooKoo, please," Jimin said, eyes still closed.
He got in the bed, and tucked himself behind Jimin and hugged Jimin from behind. "Good Night baby," Jungkook said and kissed Jimin's should.
Jimin turned around in Jungkook's hold. He pushed his face in Jungkook's chest and snuggled himself onto Jungkook.
'Ah, fish...I was so myself last night' Jimin was blushing like a mad man.
He didn't want Jungkook to let go of him. He turned around and snuggled onto the taller's hard clothed chest more. The only thing he didn't know was that Jungkook was wide awake. He woke up even before Jimin, enjoying Jimin's warmth, thinking he might never get this chance again.
Jungkook by now was smiling. His nose was buried in Jimin's hair. He missed this familiar, but unfamiliar smell so much. He missed the smell of 'home'
Whereas Jimin couldn't fall asleep anymore. The started getting flashbacks of him and Jungkook when they were seeing each other.
Flashback
"Baby come here. I want cuddles" Jimin said making grabby hands towards Jungkook. Jungkook flashed his infamous bunny smile and without wasting any moment he got on top of Jimin and placed his head on Jimin's chest. Jimin put on a movie and hugged Jungkook as close as possible.
He played with the taller's hair which Jungkook loved a lot.
"I love you so much," Jungkook said while placing his chin on Jimin's chest, looking directly as Jimin with a lovely smile. "I love you too. More than anything" Jimin said kissing Jungkook passionately."Never let go of me Jungkook...ok?" "I will never baby chim" "Promise me Koo" "I promise Love"
Present Time
"Baby I-I" Jungkook was taken back when Jimin suddenly broke into sobs. Jungkook started panicking. "W-why Jungkook WHYY...Y-YOU PROMISED... YOU P-PROM-MISED ME! THEN WHY??" Jimin suddenly screamed, still sobbing clutching onto Jungkook's hoodie.
"I-I J-Jimin" Jungkook was lost. He didn't know what to say. He took a deep breath and pulled Jimin on his lap, while he sat up. He cradled Jimin like a baby who was crying, hiding his face in Jungkook's neck.
"Shushhh baby please don't cry, please... I am here" Jungkook kept on whispering sweet words in Jimin's ears. It took nearly 20 minutes from Jimin sobs to come down, which we now sniffs and hiccups.
A pregnant silence filled the room. But Jimin broke it. "Why Jungkook? Was I not enough for you? What did I do wrong? Why? It hurts so much. I want to hate you so much for taking me heart and then breaking it into millions of pieces. I-It took so long to look for all those pieces and to start fixing my heart. No one was there for me Jungkook. Until Taemin hyung came, trying to fix it." Jungkook lifted his head hearing Taemin's name. Was he Jimin's boyfriend? He felt a pang in his heart.
Jimin continued which gave him a lot of relief. "Taemin hyung and his boyfriend Eunwoo asked me to move with them. Since then I have been living with them" Now Jungkook remembered who Taemin is, and understood what Eunwoo said.
"But my heart is still empty. It's so empty without you......... But h-here you are. Being the world h-heartthrob. It was worth leaving me, wasn't it?" Jimin asked with a sad smile. Jungkook saw red.
"Jimin never in the fucking world say something like that," Jungkook said, his whole face turned red due to anger and guilt. "But" Jungkook cut Jimin. He wrapped his arms around Jimin's waist and hugged him tightly placing his head on Jimin's shoulders.
"It fucking hurts Jimin... It hurts so much, and you say happy? me happy? This happiness is never full without you. My heart is empty too baby" Jungkook took Jimin's hand and placed it on his chest, where his heart was.
"I know the members and fans love me a lot, I do too and I am happy, ARMY and the members are my family. But never in a million years, I can't find the love and happiness like before when we were together. Jimin I have suffered 4 long years without you. I regret everything now. Following my dreams, moving to Seoul, breaking up with you, I FUCKING REGRET THEM. I didn't have any choice. I was afraid. So afraid. " Jungkook was crying already.
Now Jimin was taken back. Jungkook was shaking. His mask fell. The mask he always had when he is out in public it fell. Jimin didn't waste a second he hugged Jungkook, comforting him the same way he used to do 4 years ago, and it did work.
Jungkook calmed down. "You p-promised Jungkook" Jimin whispered. Their foreheads resting against each other. "W-will you stay if I tell you what happened back then?" Jimin nodded "Yes, I wasn't planning on leaving without an explanation anyway" both of them chuckled.
Jungkook sighed "Jimin I-I can I ask something please?" "Yeah sure" "Can I go to the bathroom? I need to pee or no never mind I'll tell you the story... You are more impor- OUCH...waeeeeeee?"
"In the bathroom. NOW. Or I am going" Jimin said making Jungkook run towards the bathroom.
Both Jimin and Jungkook got fresh. Jungkook sat on the bed pulling Jimin on his lap again, just like they were sitting before. Then Jungkook started-
