Chapter 3

Miracle

I took my ear buds out and threw on some sweats and a long sleeves. I unlocked my door and went downstairs to the kitchen

"I want her" I heard somebody say. I furrowed my eyebrows and got some poptarts out of the cabinet

"She off limits" I heard Marilyn say. I turned around and this guy is looking at me

"Miracle you know I wouldn't do anything to hurt you right" she said.

"You abuse me' I mumbled.

"Shut up and just let this man touch so we can get an extra few dollars"she said. I yanked away from her

"I'm not letting no 30-40 year old man touch me " I yelled.

"Go get in that room and let the man do it" she said smacking me

"Hell no" I said then covered my mouth. I ran to my room fast and locked the door. I got out of my clothes and threw on some highwaistedrippedwashedjeans, cropsweater, andmy combat boots. I took my hair out of its ponytail and finger combed it. I sighed and put some ChapStick on my lips. I grabbed my body purse and put everything I need in there. I looked in the mirror and smiled.. For once in my life I actually felt beautiful. I walked out to see that man and Marilyn on the couch with his mouth on her neck.

"Where you going" she asked moaning. I gagged.

"Just for a walk" I said going out the door before she asked me anymore questions. I hoped in Mikey car and gave him a hug.

"Hey" I said smiling.

"Wassup" he said."you look beautiful" he added. I blushed.

"Thanks" I said "so where to" I added.

"Just sit back and enjoy the ride" he said.

"Ugh" I said

"You like rides" he asked.

"Yes I remember when my mom use to take me to them" I said.

"Come on" he said. I got out the car. I saw a lot of celebrities.

"Umm are they celebrities" I asked.

"Yea so no autographs and shit like that" I laughed. It was a lot of people so I was okay with that. We walked in and the funnel cakes filled my nose

"Good thing I wore something comfortable" I said. He laughed.

"Yea cause if you wore some heels I would've sent your ass back in that house.

"I'm not a fan of heels" I said.

"Good" he said. I laughed

"Wanna get on that" he asked pointing to the highest ride here. I looked at for a minute

"Yea but don't be screaming in my ear" I said. He sucked his teeth..

"What ever come on" he said taking me to line
