Ash's POV

I watch as Alessa walked through the woods confidently, almost like she owned the place.

She was singing to herself a song that I am pretty sure it's Muse's "Madness" while she seems to be looking for something. I follow her until she gets to a clearing in the woods that even I think is beautiful.

Just like her.

Shut up voice in my head

But I'm right, aren't I?

I hate you for being right.

I watch as she draws for a few hours before getting closer and seeing is me. Well human me but with my tenticals out and without really knowing what she is drawing, hopefully she isn't afraid.

"I know your there Ash, even if you are in a different form." She is actually talking to me. So, you seem to know what I am, yes? She nods. "I know who you are." So the question is... "Are you afraid?"

I can feel the surprise radiating off of her for me using Ash's voice instead of my own in her head. She is quite for a few minutes as I sit next to her.

"No, I'm not afraid."

I chuckle at her ignorance. You should be.

I reach for her in my slender man form and pull her to me so she can see me. You should be very afraid.

"You won't hurt me."

And who gave you that silly idea?

"You."

I laugh but she just smiles at me.

I don't remember giving off that idea.

"If you wanted me dead..." She leans closer to where my ear would be, if I had one in this form. "... you would have done it by now."

I get her on the ground and hover over her as her breathing gets heavier and quicker. Who said I didn't want to take my time with you. Savor you first? She looks at me speechless.

"Why me?"

"Because. If I wanted someone plain, I wouldn't have gone after such a fiesty and dangerous girl."

"I'm nothing special."

With that I put two fingers on her forehead and nock her out before taking her home.

Alessa's POV

I wake up in my room after my crazy dream about the woods. I look up and notice my window is open.

Could it have been real? Was Ash really the slender man?
