"gh- GHOST!"

i screamed quite loud- who wouldn't scream at that moment, seeing a paranormal is scary since, you don't usually see them everyday, and we were still in that abandoned house

but for some reason my friend Sapnap or Nick doesn't seem to be
scared at all, instead, he's calm and all excited "THAT'S SO COOL!" is what the texan said full of excitement, i was abit confused? why wasn't he scared? isn't he suppose to be screaming like me cause we are seeing something paranormal?

he wasn't at all scared, he had this excited look on his face "what are you doing here?" the ghost boy said, "I- IT TALKED!" i quickly ran behind Sapnap like a puppy needing of help, Sapnap went closer to the transparent boy, "N- nick, what are you doing!?" i called him out but he didn't listen, he went closer and closer, until he was finally near the ghost by the door, i was terrified at that moment, i couldn't move, "NICK!" i called out his name again, "Nick! come back! it might be dangerous!", the transparent boy looked at me, it went closer to me, i was terrified i was shaking so intensely, i could feel my inside sweating from how scared i was..

It touched my head, "huh?" i looked up and saw the transparent boy so close to my face, i was confused, Sapnap was there looking at us, "wish i could take a picture of this but i don't have my phone and the ghost won't be seen if i did" Sapnap mumbled, the transparent boy then backed off a little bit, "who are you people and what are you doing in my house?" the transparent boy questioned, "we were curious of the house so we decided to check it out" Sapnap explained, "ok then but may i ask, why?"

"well we've never seen this house before here and―" i stopped my words there, to begin with, i only joined Sapnap cause he was going to tell everyone my secret, that was the only reason why i decided to join him

"and?" the ghost asked again, there was a big silence in the room

"Hey! ghost boy!" Sapnap interrupted the silence, two of us turned to his direction. "uhm yes?"

"what's your name?"

there was a silence

"..i don't know.."

we were surprised, the transparent boy didn't or remembered his own name, "hmmmm" Sapnap once again broke the silence around us "what if we give you a name?" Sapnap suggested, the transparent boy nodded in agreement. "hmmmmmmm let's see"

"how about Dream?"

i suggested. The two looked at me "Dream?" the texan asked, "yeah i mean, you don't usually see a ghost everyday, it feels like a dream having to seee one in real life" i added, "it sounds pretty cute!" the texan complimented "so what do you think, Dream?"

"i like it"

"AYEE GEORGIE! WE MADE A NEW FRIEND!!" Sapnap cheered, i was still feeling a bit unusual since i'm still a little uncomfortable being near something i don't see everyday. I looked outside the window, i saw the sun, it was rising up, there was a little bit of brightness that got to the room "ouch!" the transp- i mean Dream said "what's wrong?" i asked "nothing, its just that the sun is hurting me with its brightness a little bit" so that was a ghost's weakness? the sun? "oh, i see.."

"aww man, i was hoping we could talk more, but since it's the sun that's hurting you guess we can't" Sapnap said with a sad face :(

"well we can still visit Dream here later at dawn"

their heads lit up, Sapnap was smiling happily, while Dream was somewhat lost and happy, he saw me scared of him earlier but all of a sudden i said that, george! did you really just said that???, i screamed in my head for saying that out loud

"yayy!! Georgie said we can visit you Dream!" Dream was happy, i was a bit confused, he just met us didn't he?, why's he so happy that a couple of strangers would visit him? i guess we can question him that later, but for now, "let's go Nick, gramma nad grandpa might get worried once they woke up and doesn't see us in our room" i exclaimed, "alright! we'll see you later Dream!", "yeah, see ya later i guess.." we left the room as Dream disappeared from mid air

we had just left the house

"i can't wait to see Dream again!" Sapnap cheered, "but we literally just saw him 8 minutes ago", " yeah i know but he's a ghost! which makes it more exciting" i let out a pretty big sigh as we walk back to our grandparents' house, we came back to our rooms and i dropped the bag we had on the floor, i was tired and sleepy, we've been there all night, who wouldn't wanna sleep at a time like that, "hey sapnap i'm gonna sleep", "yeah same" sapnap replied back, we both closed our eyes and started sleeping, like how normal humans sleep, i guess we need enough rest since we're going back to that abandoned house later at dawn so, might as well rest
