At the moment Shanaya's phone rings she glances at it. It's a WhatsApp msg from Ahana. She unlocks her phone. After glancing at the screen.
She stands frozen for 5 minutes. She runs out of the cafe ignoring every one. She continues to run ahead until she finds a quiet place and breaks down. Unable to hold up her tears while staring at the screen. After a while she gets up wipes her tears ignoring the numbness of her legs continues to walk ahead.
3 years later.......
Shanaya comes out from the Airport. Ishani and Dishant are waiting for her outside the terminal. Dishant noticed her first. He rush forward and hug her tightly
"Dee your finally here...... I missed you so much". Says Dishant holding her tightly.
" Oh my boy has gown up.... Your taller now..... Handsome huh.... "Shanya says with tears in her eyes.
" Dee i really missed you so much.... You can't even think. "He's on the verge of crying.
" Oh oh my boy.... Don't cry... Don't cry... Aren't I here now. "
"Shan I missed you so so much" Says Ishani hugging her from behind.
"I missed you too Ishi".
" Ok come on let's go, get something to eat, Are you tired Darling" Asks Ishani to her best friend.
"Yes darling"
"Ok you both wait at the gate, I'll get the car." Dishant rushes to get the car.
After settling in the car Dishant ask Shanaya where to go.
Shanaya gives him a address saying the company has already arranged for accommodate.
"Dee don't you want to go home. " Ask Dishant timidly.
"I don't think it's a good idea. Anyways no one might be waiting for me. "
Shanaya left her birth family Six years ago due to some misunderstanding.
Her half sister, Ruchi accused her for robbery. Her father also believed Ruchi.
Other than her younger brother Dishant no one believed Shanaya. These was a great blow to her so she left the home. Only keeping in contact with Dishant.
Her mother and father had divorced when she was 15. Because her mother got to know that her father has a mistress and daughter only few months younger than Shanaya and 2 years elder than Dishant.
After that her mother wasn't in good health so she moved to the US. Then her father married the mistress and bought the her half sister home.
Ruchi was always jealous of Shanaya because she was pretty and smart.
Later three years ago Shanaya moved with her momm
"Ok anyways even I don't go there, those people are sick. " Says Dishant.
Shanya smiles at him " All right. Let's go."
"Shan we've arranged a welcome dinner for you today. " Ishani tells excitedly.
"Ummm fine, but I'm still jet lagged."
"Ok don't worry it'll just be dinner today. Well go clubbing in two days".
" Fine with me. "
Ishani drops a text for dinner in there chat group. Everyone agrees and it's decided.
Till then they reached the apartment.
After settling down everything. They order food for them as it's already noon. After eating Ishani and Dishant left to buy some things.
Shanya was left alone so she took a nap. After sometime Dishant arrives and tells her to get ready for dinner.
Shanaya opens her wardrobe and decides to wear a feminine dress.
After getting ready it's almost 7 so they go out. Rishabh has booked a table at San-Qi a dining restaurant at four seasons hotel.
Dishant and Shanya arrive at the restaurant at around 8. Four people are already waiting for her outside the restaurant.
Everyone notice each other and get excited.
Rohan rush forward and hugs Shanaya " Shan you're finally back.... Do you know how much we missed you. "
"I know..... Even I missed y'all. "
"No you're lying if you has missed us you would have came back. "
All of them see sigh helplessly seeing this scene. Akshit comes forward and holds Rohan " Why are you still upset. Isn't she back now. She won't leave us again. "
Shanaya wanted to say something but seeing everyone emotional she sighs and keep silent.
Everyone moves in the restaurant and order the food. Food is served after a while and everyone starts eating.
Rohan's attention was on Shanya throughout the dinner. He was very happy to see her back and kept serving food to her.
"Rohan baby whose your favorite darling" Asks Ishani mischievously.
"Wh... What. "
"Isha darling is getting jealous you're only serving food to Shan darling and not me"
"Ohhh..... My Ishu darling is getting jealous what should I serve to my baby".
Rohan picks up some veggies and put them in Ishani's plate and winks at her. " Eat more darling ".
