"Mooney.. I'm scared.." The little girl whispers to her Godfather on the platform of KingsCross Station.
"Don't be Pup, you've got this- trust me" he smiles down at her, squeezing her shoulder comfortingly. The train ride was long and lonely for Erica. She sat alone and nibbled on a cauldron cake until a tall, redheaded boy poked his head in.
"Oh, you aren't Tonks." He said, surprised.
"I'm Erica... Erica Black" she smiled shyly, holding out a small pale hand.
"Charlie Weasley" he grins boyishly at the petite girl, reaching out to shake her hand.
"Molly's son?" She asks.
"Yea. wait, how did you know?" She pauses, shooting the younger girl an odd look.
"Sometimes my Godfather gets letters from her" she explains softly, avoiding the tall boy's gaze.
"Oh, cool. I guess I'll see you around then" he mumbles as he leaves to find his friend.

"Black, Erica" called out Professor McGonagall. The girl stepped forward awkwardly, struggling briefly to sit on the stool. Once she managed it; the hat was placed on her head.
"Well well well... what have we here? Another Black? It's been about 25 years since I've had a Black... now, your father was a Gryffindor... your mother a Ravenclaw... but you my dear, you are much more suited to Slytherin I think... leadership .... resourcefulness .. assertiveness ... self preservation... and loyalty.."
"SLYTHERIN!"———————————————————————
"Very good Ms Black- 5 points to Slytherin"

"Merry Christmas Erica!" Cheered Charlie. When she entered the great hall early in the morning for breakfast. Both of them were heading home later that day.
"Hey Tonks is staying for the holidays this year, do you wanna sit with me on the train?"
"Sure" she shrugged.Hours later at 5pm on that chilly December evening the friends parted ways after a long train journey discussing quidditch and magical creatures- primarily dragons.
