Part 7
*Nath’s Pov*
I know I don’t really know Georgie and that we’ve only seen her a couple of times and they were for the space of like 5 minutes but those 5 minutes I could tell that she was quite like Tom, loud and liked to have a laugh and the way that Tom described her as well, but right now looking a her she looked upset and vulnerable. She hasn’t said a word since she’s been in the van. I looked at Tom and he had a look of concern on his face as well, he pulled her closer to him and she nuzzled her head into his chest.
I decided to quite staring and got my phone out of my pocket, I decided that I would tweet a few fans back, it is surprising that just one tweet can make someone’s day so much, it is the least we can do, they spend their money on buying our singles and well effectively paying our wages, so the least we can do is to talk to them. I also got my ipod out and shoved the earphones in, the soothing sound of boyz ll men went through the headphones.
I was tweeting for about an hour and got bored so I tried to think of something else to do. I couldn’t so I just sat there tapping my foot along with the music, I looked up and saw that everyone was asleep apart from Georgie, there was a spare seat next to me as well so I motioned for her to come and sit there, she did so and I handed her a headphone as well as the ipod so she could pick what to listen to. She picked a couple of songs and just sat there.
“are you okay?” I asked her.
“umm yeah” she shrugged her shoulders.
“I can see you don’t want to talk about it, so just know that I am here if and when you do and so are the rest of the boys, okay?”
“thank you, I just need to tell Tom but I don’t know how, he wont believe me” she said with a sigh,
“I bet he will” I said.
“hmm”
“right, as the others are asleep and we don’t really know each other that well 20 questions?” I asked.
“sure why not” she said and swung around so she was sitting facing me.
We spent the final hour of the journey just sat there asking insignificant questions to each other, it was just like favourite colour, favourite animal and stuff like that! everyone was still asleep when we got to the house and it was quite nice to just get to know Georgie.
“right you go and wake up Sian and Tom and i’ll wake up the other three” i told her.
“urrghhh yeah give me the faggot who hates being woken up” she said laughing.
“well he’ll go easier on you than me” i winked and nudged Seev, Max and Jay. they all rubbed their eyes and stretched before climbing out the van and into the house, i helped to get Georgie’s stuff and then took them in the house.
Tom cam back in with a smile on his face. “whats up with you?”
“Georgie seems happier” he said
“thats good then” i said smiling to myself, i am glad.
“Parker where is Georgie sleeping?” i asked him.
“ohh i didnt think of that” we dont have a spare room in the house and she would normally bunk in with Tom but seen as Sian sleeps in there as well it would be a bit awkward.
“i dont mind sleeping on the sofa” Georgie stated walking in through the front door and closing it after her.
“no you can bunk in with me” i said smiling.
i then looked at Tom who gave me daggers. “i’ll sleep on the floor” i said and he relaxed his muscles, i chuckled slightly.
“fine but any funny business sykes then you’ll regret it yeah” he said a slapped my back, i shook my had at him and took Georgie’s suitcase up to my room, i also got out the spare duvet and pillows and just shoved them on the end of my bed for now.
i think i’m gonna like having Georgie living here!
