The next day you texted Jimin the time you'd pick him up.. you had decided to keep the date low-key because he's a celebrity and things would most likely end before they even start if people saw you with him...

Everything felt too unreal and impossible.. you still felt that you were drunk or all this was happening in a dream.. it was too good to be true..

You dressed up casual, in jeans, a cute sweater and sneakers.. nothing fancy.. and you drove to Jimin's hotel.

You reached there right on time and gave him a call so that he'd come down..your heart was beating too fast..

What if I make a fool out of myself in front of him again? I hope he's not pranking me... Am I really going out with THE PARK JIMIN? Is any of this real? How can it happen? I should pinch myself again..ow..

Your head was swarming with too many thoughts but then you saw Jimin and your mind went blank..

HOW? CAN? HE? MAKE? A? HOODIE? LOOK? SO? GOOD?

He looked..ethereal..even though he was wearing jeans and a hoodie and a mask, he looked so beautiful... you were all the more convinced that all this HAD to be a dream..

He smiled when he looked at you, the kind of smile which made his eyes disappear and you could feel your heart melt into a puddle..

"Hey angel" he opened the car door and sat in the passenger seat, "you look great"

Words seemed to be caught in your throat again, "I-uh-um-uhm, I-, thank you Jimin" you managed to say, "you look very handsome" and a total boyfriend..

He chuckled, "thank you y/n, you're really very cute..so, where are you taking me?" he rubbed his hands.

"Earlier I thought we'd go to a nice restaurant but BTS being in (your country) is already very hyped up and then imagine being spotted with me" you said, "so I was wondering if you'd like to go trekking and then sit by the lake... with take out food...um fast food?" you looked at him.

"I'd love that honestly, that's such an amazing idea" he smiled, "you wanna get burgers?"

You nodded, "sounds great" and smiled.

"Perfect, let's get em"

You drove off to the location you had planned, you stopped in the way to get burgers and fries and a little more junk food.

Since it was a week day, you didn't expect people to be there and you were right.. it was as if the entire place had been reserved for the two of you... clear skies, greenery all around, the scent of nature, away from the bustling life in the city, away from the pollution, so peaceful.. all this paired with the presence of a real life angel...

You both started climbing, you were moving ahead and Jimin was behind you.

"Where are you rushing?" he let out a small laugh, held your wrist and pulled you towards him.

Your back collided with his front as he held your waist and your breath hitched... thankfully you weren't facing him..and thankfully he couldn't see the deep red shade your face had turned...

"We have all the time in the world y/n" he said, still holding your waist, "you don't have to run..unless-" he turned you to face him, "unless you wanna race" a mischievous smile played upon his lips, "race to the lake? "

You nodded, smiling, "The loser buys chicken nuggets for the winner"

"Deal" he shook hands with you, "3-2-1-go" and you both ran the fastest you could...
