Mia's POV
"sorry I forgot to tell you Mia but I promised my mom" dani said
Me and dani are arguing because she promised me to help me to bake for my grandma's birthday today and she forgot to tell me that she had other plans (from fathers side)
"and you promised me!" I said
"I know!"
"alright dani I'll let you off the hook but you owe me"
"Ok thank you Mia I love you" she says while hugging me
"I love you too now go before I can change my mind" I said and she left the apartment
"so we don't need permission for nothing" I sang wearing my headphones on my ear in the kitchen and dancing around
"touched like you wanna be touched yeah, kiss like you wanna be kissed yeah, oh we don't need-" I got cut off when I turned around I saw:
"George!" I said quickly getting my headphones off "will you stop doing that god" I said and he laughed
"sorry" he smirk looking me up and down and I remember wearing a new hope club hoodie and very short shorts, and the hoodie stops around my mid thigh
"how in the hell did you get in here?" I ask
"dani gave me a spare key" he said while holding up the key
"what? When did sh- you know what forget it what are you doing here anyway" I ask
"oh I thought we can have a lesson today...what are you doing" he ask
"oh I'm baking my mommy some cupcakes"
"mommy? I thought your mom's in Tokyo"
"oh I'm sorry my grandma"
"i thought your grandma was you know..."
"what am I the only one with two grandma....shes from my dads side"
"oh...is it her birthday today" he asks and I nod "well can I help with anything?"
"You have a car?" I ask
"yeah why?"
"great because I need a ride to her place" I said while putting the cupcakes in the oven
"Ok I can do that"
"great we'll just wait for the cupcakes to cook" I said sitting down on the counter
"Ok"
"hey George?"
"yeah"
"are we OK you seen a little off when you hang out with me"
"no we're ok I'm just really nervous"he said while leaning at the sink infront of me
"about what?"
"about asking Hayley on a date" as he said that I felt a pang on my chest
"oh OK"
"You think she's gonna say yes?" he ask
"yeah I saw you guys yesterday while watching the movie you guys must like each other" I said
"thanks"
"when are you gonna ask her?"
"after hanging out with you probably"
"well Good luck"
"how about you and this Louis guy is he your soon to be boy friend"
"Louis no he just broke with his girlfriend a few days ago I'm not gonna make a move on him and besides I like someone else" I said
"ooooh do I know him"
'you' "nope you don't know him" i lied
"oh well that's OK I'm glad you like someone" he smile
"thanks"
Bing
The oven binged which means it was finally done
"finally done" I said while getting the cupcakes
"great"
"I'll just decorate it and I'm gonna change then will go"
"You sure wanna change you look great to me" he said and I laughed
"You just said that because it's you guys merch"
"true"
"anyway I'm gonna decorate now" I said but George grab my arm and pulled me back which cause me to hit his chest
"wait..."he said while looking at me with his blue eyes
" what"i said looking back at him
"You have flour on you cheek" he said while taking his hand and wiping it off
"thanks" I said still not breaking eye contact and he didn't either
"Mia?"
"yes?"
"um nothing never mind" he said while letting me go and going to the other room leaving me speechless
After that George thing I just decorated the cupcakes and got dressed
"Mia let's go" George said while opening the door letting me go first I thanked him and followed him to car and now we went to my grandma's house
