"okay we're here." yoonji says after she stops at the convenience store making jake look at
her with a confused look.
"what's with the look? aren't you here because of this?" yoonji asked making jake look back into
the convenience store before realizing how he made up an excuse to take her home as he let out a laugh.
"yeah i ughhh just got confused because i thought you were going to your place first." jake says making yoonji hum before heading towards the convenience store first.
"so what are you getting? i'm heading towards the drinks area for some soju." yoonji says as jake just smiled as his eyes followed towards the girl's figure before he starts thinking of what he's going to get.
"i should get a lot of stuff then." jake thought as he starts getting some random chips and some sweet stuff before he smoothly follows yoonji.
"oh, you drink soju too?" yoonji asked after noticing jake rummaging through the soju bottles as he faced her before nodding confidently.
"i didn't think you'd be a drinker but hey, i am not complaining." yoonji says before laughing as jake randomly puts five bottles in his basket which lowkey impressed yoonji.
"are you getting all of those for yourself?" yoonji asked as jake looked down on his basket first before eyeing yoonji's basket which was basically three soju bottles, two bags of chips and two containers of chewing gum.
"nah, i'm sharing these for the guys." jake says as yoonji went in awe before looking at her basket and right back at the aussie boy.
"are you finished? cuz i think you already are." yoonji asked as jake nods and smiles.
"okay then." yoonji says as she gestures towards the cashier meaning she wants to pay for all her stuff after jake making jake purse his lips together before nodding and letting the not-so-innocent looking girl who's in-charge who's been eyeing jake instead of eyeing where she's scanning the stuff making yoonji start giving death glares to the girl while jake just kept thinking of what he should do right after this.
"so you basically went all your way to this convenience store which by the way is really far from your place; for those?" yoonji asked after they got out of the store making jake gulp.
"ughh y-yeah, why?" jake says making yoonji laugh.
"you can literally get those from any other convenience store so you literally just lied." yoonji says as jake starts getting really nervous since he can't think of any excuses at this point.
"iwantedtotakeyouhomeafterseeingyougetoutofthecaféaloneatnight." rapper jakeu says making yoonji dumbfounded as hell.
"what?" yoonji asked before laughing as jake pouts before letting out a sigh of defeat.
"i wanted to take you home after seeing you get out of the café at night all alone." jake says making yoonji start hearing a random kdrama ost inside her head before pursing her lips together to keep herself from yelling out of kilig.
"awwww jakeee you're such a nice guy but you honestly didn't have to." yoonji says making jake remain listening without saying anything.
"do you even know how to get back to your place?" yoonji asked as jake nods with a smile.
"don't worry about me so much yoonji." jake says making yoonji roll her eyes.
