Tempered by darkness, forged in fear. A city that never saw peace for months. The only shining lights are the peaks of the psychotic gang plotting a series of perfect murders drenching the quiet city with blood. The most prominent criminals to live. Their dark existence is sharp like a dagger, cutting deeper into people's despair.
Han Jisung, better known as the ace of the Central Intelligence Agency, now assigned to this exact division, home to some of the most dangerous criminals in all of South Korea, was sent down to help investigate some brutal cases along with his partner, Agent Bang Chan. That doesn't mean he is terrified. He knows what they - Agents and criminals alike - see when he's taking a leisurely stroll around the alleyways, draped in casual gym wear as if he's not investigating for a bloody case. A rich brat. A blonde devil with a smug grin and a filthy mouth. And with a look that says; I can't wait to drag you all down to hell.
Jisung never realized just how much his mind struggled with itself, But it all came crashing down as he was introduced to a very beautifully insane man who seemed to have taken an interest in him and his own hidden insanity, can Jisung solve the cases of the Legendary killers before they gets too close?
