One long week had passed for the young adult witch with the bouncy curly brunette hair that fell to her shoulder blade elegantly. Even though she had a hectic week she still tried to pull herself together no matter what, even though she didn't actually looked pulled together she was a mess. She didn't want anyone to know her business especially with what she had found that has changed her life forever.

The witch had gone to Australia to go and find her family after the war on the ministries command, she had worried that something had happened and she was right.

The poor woman had found them, just not alive. The walls were covered in blood from top to bottom like whoever had killed them re-painted the room with their blood. However the brunette couldn't figure out which of her parents were who. Their bodies had been ripped apart, but the body parts were put in neat piles.

Their feet were put together in the hallway, their legs in the living room, their torsos in the kitchen, their arms in the dining room and lastly their heads on their pillows on their bed.

The poor witch didn't know what to do as she walked around the house finding all the body parts, throwing up when she had finally got to their bedroom and saw what was waiting for her on the bed.

It took her what felt like minutes to her but was hours before she sent a patronus to the ministry to get help to her as soon as they could.

Within seconds a tall dark man, Kingsly had apperated with other aurors and they then began to investigate, whilst Kingsley had grabbed the frozen witch that was knelt on the floor next to the bed staring at her parents heads not moving and took her home.

Once they had arrived at the house she grew up in she had fallen to her knees screaming with tears racing down her face, the burning sensation not bothering her as she just screamed. The tall dark man didn't really know what to do. He wanted to ask her friends for help but no one knew who still had their memories after the war. Kingsley felt lost and just wanted to help the poor girl.

"Hermione.." was all the dark man could croak out not wanting to scare or make things worse after she had finished screaming.

"Who?" Hermione silently asked, slowly looking at him.

"Who what?" He said carefully worried that the trauma she had witnessed made her forget.

"Who would do something like that, they were innocent, they did nothing wrong so WHO!" The scared woman couldn't control her anger anymore.

"I don't know but I will figure it out and let you know if we find anything, trust me they won't get away with this." Kingsley trying to calm the poor woman down.

Since that day that was the only thing on her mind, she was doing her own research and trying to get revenge, nothing was said to her since that day. It was slowly eating her alive, she was losing weight and slowly getting pale from no sun and that once lovely smile had gone and what was left was her cracked dry lips in a straight line. Her hair had turned into a nest again as well from not taking care of herself. Hermione was slowly dying.

Months passed and now winter was on its way and Hermione decided to look away from her work and look outside of the window for the first time since she got back and there she noticed something strange. There lurking around was a pale man with a black suit on but torn with holes and stains everywhere, his hair down to his shoulder blades knotted and a mess not like Hermione could say anything. All though something about his hair triggered her memory it was platinum blond, she knew him but couldn't figure it out.

The mysterious man looked lost and scared and everyone passing pushed him away when he asked for help. It was like he had no idea who he was anymore.
