"I feel bad for that kid." A voice from across the lunch table whispered, pulling Donghyuck from his thoughts.
He eyed the other male, confused. "Who?"
"That kid you're staring at." The sweet boy gestured across the cafeteria towards a sulking Canadian. "Mark."
Donghyuck's eyes widened as he realized who the other was referring to. "Don't point, Jaemin! He'll see you." He smacked the other's hand down before anyone could notice.
Remembering something that was said, the tan male frowned. "And I was not staring at him!"
The oldest at the table chuckled, siding with his boyfriend. "You definitely were."
Jaemin turned to face the male next to him, giving him one of his brightest smiles. "Thank you, Jeno."
Donghyuck glared at the muscled man. "You're only saying that because Jaemin said it."
Jeno only shrugged, a guilty smile on his lips.
Not wanting to change the subject, Jaemin spoke again. "I'm serious though! It's kind of sad to watch him."
Three of the four pairs of eyes at the table turned back to the Canadian. He was sitting alone, as he always did, and looked a little more than dismal.
Something about the sight made Donghyuck want to walk over there and give the boy the softest hug, but he quickly brushed off the urge, replacing it with his usual demeanor. "Ha! What a loser."
Jaemin ignored the comment, giving Donghyuck a look. "We should invite him over here! He's always alone now that all of his friends have graduated."
Donghyuck immediately shook his head, dismissing the idea. "That's what he gets for hanging out with all the older kids."
The topic reminded Jaemin of something, and he looked to the fourth person at the table who had been silent the whole lunch hour. "Speaking of which-" He frowned at the distracted boy. "Get off your phone, Jisung!"
The youngest didn't even look up from his device, too addicted to whatever game he was playing. "No."
Jaemin looked at his boyfriend, eyes pleading. Unable to resist, Jeno leaned across the table, snatching the phone right out of the Park's hands, and placing it in his love's hands.
"Hey!" Jisung tried to take it back, but the older was too quick. "Fine. What do you want?"
"This is what I've been trying to tell you! You need to find more friends or you'll be lonely for years, just like him!" Jaemin gestured across the room once again.
"I don't need any more friends, I have you guys." Jisung looked straight in the Na's eyes, but the older was not convinced.
"You like being third wheel all the time?" Jaemin laughed, laying his head on Jeno's shoulder to prove a point.
Jisung crossed his arms, challenging the other boy. "I've been third wheel for years, why would I start caring now?"
