"Sigh looks like there won't be enough time for me to join the others." Kaiser sighs as he finish another batch of paperwork he has been assigned with for the last 3 hours now
Not that it bothered him but the problem is that he won't be able to join the others on celebrating as he will be occupied.
"At this rate I will surely be occupied for the next 2 hours that means i would be late for the celebration by 30 minutes." Kaiser says with a sigh once again.
As he thinks about the predicament that he was in right now honestly it would make some ships especially the young ones that are fond of him to be sad for nor coming soon.
"Well this ain't a luck day for me I suppose." Kaiser says as he was about to grab the rest of paperwork when suddenly.

"Hm? Who could that be." Kaiser says as he fixes himself and sits up straight as he cleared his throat.
