Mew sighed beside him.

The make-up artist just smudged the lipstick she's applying, apologized, quickly erased the mistake before taking a deep breath, and started all over again.

Gulf took a peek at Mew to find him frowning at his phone, obviously not liking whatever he's reading. He was minding his own business, fingers flying over the keypad and paying everyone no mind.

Gulf subtly nudged his foot to get his attention.

No reaction.

He nudged the knee next.

Ignored.

Left with no choice, he signalled for the makeup artist to stop for a while, waited until she retreats in a corner, and poked Mew on his side.

Mew in turn, dropped the phone, and stared at him in surprise. "What?" A confused look.

"Must you be here? Don't you have somewhere else to go? CEO things you need to do?"

"I own the building so I can be wherever I want to be. And this is me supervising my own product so technically, this CEO is working."

"But you're making everyone nervous." You're making me nervous, Gulf wanted to add.

And for the first time, Mew notices the tension inside the studio. It was too quiet. People were going on doing their task but no one was talking. No one was even looking at each other.

Mew looked at Gulf as if silently asking if he's the one causing this.

Gulf nodded.

Mew pursed his lips just as his phone started ringing. He checked the caller ID first, then looks at the photographer in charge. "I want all the photos sent to me by the end of the day."

To the makeup artist. "Don't put too much makeup on him. He's already perfect as he is."

To the hairstylist. "Don't touch his hair."

To the stylist. "About the outfits that you chose, yes, yes, no, yes. And if you suggest that he'll go shirtless again I will fire you."

To the rest of the crew that was left shell-shocked. "Lunch is on me."

To Gulf that was staring at him as if he's lost his mind. "I'll take you home later. Do not run off anywhere. I already gave you ten years."

And then to that someone on the other line that he kept waiting long enough. "Talk."

With that he was gone. Like the perfect storm that he is.
