a little surprise.

Your pov;

I woke up around 11am on the couch by myself. I slowly got up and stretched, then went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and do my skincare. I didn't see Duke anywhere, so I would assume he's either gone out to run some errands, or doing someone's wedding pictures in town.
I decided to get in the shower, but as I'm walking past the mirror I see a note from Duke.

"you look so beautiful right now. i love you; when you go to the kitchen theres a surprise there for you<3.  -duke"

'Aww' you think to yourself. I send him a good morning text, I then placed the note back on the counter, took off my clothes and got into the shower. As I'm showering I think about how much I really do love Duke.

I get out of the shower and go to Dukes closet and pick out an outfit I have at Dukes apartment. I wore ripped bell-bottom jeans, and a white cropped tank. Simple but it works.

After getting dressed and blowdrying my hair and curling the ends, I put on light makeup and head to the kitchen for my 'surprise' Duke has left me. I look and there is a Victoria's Secret bag, a Louis bag and flowers. "Holy shit" I thought to myself. I ran over to the bags and opened them right up. In the Victoria's Secret bag, there was 3 sets of bra's and pantie's,
and 3 of my favourite perfumes! This put a huge smile on my face. I really love this man with my whole heart. I pick up the Louis bag he bought me and almost cried. Nobody has ever done something like this for me. I run upstairs to get my phone and text Duke.

"Thank you so much baby😭❤️ Nobody has ever done anything like this for me before. I really appreciate this!! I love you🥰"

Duke replied
"No problem baby. I love you so much, don't ever forget that❤️ Also, be ready at 6:30, we're going out to dinner, I hope you also like the new dress in the closet🥰"

New dress? I ran to the closet.

When I got to his closet, I looked around and then in the corner of my eye I seen sparkles. I turned around to a beautiful sparkly red tight dress. You stood there in shock.

He really did all of this. For me.
I burst out in happy tears. I can't believe this. I can't believe he did all of this; just for me. I love him so much.

I wonder how I didn't notice it in the closet when I was getting my clothes for today considering it's so sparkly and gorgeous. I take it off the hook and go try it on. It looks so beautiful on me.

I love it so much!
