Hello...Today was fine...I came back to campus after Mr.Anderson's funeral...I don't understand funerals. Having a ceremony...Almost as if we're celebrating the fact,
they died, or they lasted as long as they did.Even just a group of utterly depressed people making small talk. Either way, I find most indefinity morbid in some way. There are three types of people at a funeral.
One: The genuinely sad people, probably loved ones. Two: the people that go and shed fake tears for attention or want to be recognized as some saint. As in telling stories about what they did for the deceased person.
Three: The people who are sad the person died, But recognize death is a part of life. They don't cry, It doesn't mean they hate that person. There is no point in crying, that's me. I find Mr.Anderson, to be one of the best teachers I have ever met, I can't find it within myself to cry.
Of course, I'm sad but I can't cry about it, I just can't...Does that make me mad?
No, it makes me someone who understands death, And that everyone eventually dies. There is nothing we can do to stop it, why sulk? why brewed?....
Today at the funeral I asked Celeste a question.."Are you afraid to die" She then replied, aren't you? the pain you'll feel before you go?. I replied.."You're not afraid to die,
your afraid of where or where not you will go when you die." People make no sense to me. Maybe I'm not the weird one, It's everyone else...Anyway, bye for now...-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was October 3rd. Victoria walking to class as usual, when she walked past a tall man. The man with bizarre features, deep raven hair framed his porcelain face.
His handsome Violet eyes. She broke the gaze and continued walking. When she felt a tap on her shoulder."Hey." She turned around to see her best friend Celeste Bennet."Hey your smiley this morning.." she replied.
"I heard we got a new teacher to take over Anderson's class..." Celeste then looked down. "Oh..? I haven't heard a thing about it, hmm." She then started to walk to class. She entered the classroom, everyone in the usual seats. Victoria and Celeste sat in the back. They made their way to the back and sat in the usual seats as usual.
"I wonder if he's as old as Mr.Anderson?" A girl with red hair whispered to a girl with brown hair."Are you ok Victoria?" Celeste asked genuinely concerned. "I'm fine."
She replied. When the dean walked in "Good Morning class.." He spoke abruptly when the same man Victoria had seen previously with the violet eyes walked in."Is that our new teacher? He looks far too young to be a teacher.." She thought."This is Mr.Sakamaki, he is going to be teaching this class from now on.." The Dean said.
Reiji then bowed."I'll let you get to it, Mr.Sakamaki.." He said before walking out."Good Morning class, Im Mr.Sakamaki.." He said writing his name amongst the board.
"No way this man if a teacher...He looks like a student.." She thought..."For once we get a hot teacher.." Celeste said elbowing Victoria.."That's an odd thing to say about a teacher."She replied.."Excuse me...You in the back." He then pointed to Victoria." Yes...Mr.Sakamaki?.."...."Come up here please." He said seriously, She then stood and walked...
To the front of the class.."What was so important to, Interrupt my lecture?" He said.."Nothing Sir...Celeste asked me a question, I'm sorry." Victoria replied looking down.
He then used a ruler to pull her chin up and making eye contact..."You'll sit up front in my class from now on.." He said taking a chair and placing it next to his desk."Fine." She then sat...."This is utterly humiliating.." She said sitting down "Is something wrong Ms.Elvoretz?" He said using his ruler once more, to pull her chin upward.
"No Sir.." She said making eye contact."Good." He then proceeded with his lecture..."Other's were talking...Why just me?" She thought to herself.
