Hello everyone! It's been long time since I last updated this story. I am extremely sorry for the delay, caught up will lots of works post the lockdown/ curfew. And I believe I can't update the story just like that for the name of updating it. For me, writing is creativity and it takes time to pen down the best version of your imagination and vision right from your mind to your drafts.
Here's wishing everyone a very Happy New Year 2021! Wishing all of you a life filled with happiness, hope, positive vibes and energy and good health and wealth. Here's a gift for everyone for this new year. I'm kicking it with a start on this story with a brand new update with a hope that you all will love it.
Here to a very long, detailed update with a married MaNan with lots of good romantic moments of them. And this chapter itself has above 12K words, I hope you guys find a good free time to read this chapter cause it requires attention to details and time to load the graphics included too. :P
Just a quick note to everyone before you start reading: It's totally written based on my imagination, some elements in the story are inspired from different reading materials and references from people's life.
Let's go ahead to the update. I hope you guys will love it. Please do drop your thoughts and inline comments while reading. It means a lot to me as I've been working on this for a very long time despite of busy life schedule.
There's little amendment I've done on the story. I've pushed the haldi ceremony to the morning, and the wedding is happening on the evening.
-----------------------------------------------------
After a long morning of haldi ritual, Nandini rose from her seat, leaving the tent which held her haldi ritual earlier behind cause she was getting uncomfortable with the dori of her top. She has been looking for someone to loosen up the knot, but she couldn't wait anymore as the thin thread of her dori has started cutting the delicate skin of her back. Uncomfortable, she found a decorated private tent located somewhere around the area.
(This gif is a reference for their outfits as described in the paragraph below. I couldn't find exact outfit, so I've taken pictures of fabric and matched it with the design of outfits I could find in Google)
Nandini wore a sun yellow dhoti suit with a gold embroidered long jacket with long sleeves. Her dhoti is made up of cotton, silk while she opted for a sleeveless crop top embellished with thread work and sequins with firefly motif while the back of the crop top is designed with a deep scallop shape which comes with a single dori. Her jacket is made up of gold colour net fabric filled with grids of little firefly motifs as well. She has paired her crop top with matching dhoti pants in satin crepe.
She took out her jacket and was struggling to loosen up the knot till a voice from her back startled her up.
