I groan and look at my phone and have a message from Sero. I open up massages and go to Sero's contact

Tape dispenser: hey blasty so rememberwhen you said you needed a job? Well I have one for you

Me: oh right well what is the job?

Tape dispenser: well I work at an aquarium and we will have a new arrival soon and my boss needs someone to sign up to look after it

Me: and you want me to look after some fish

Tape dispenser: well yeah, so what do you say?

Me: fine when is my shift?

Tape dispenser: 10:30 today

Me: but it's already 09:30

Tape dispenser: well then you'd better hurry up and get here it will be here soon and I will give you your uniform

Me: ugh fine

Ugh great now I have to look after some fish

I just decide to get up grab some random clothes and go to take a shower, brush my teeth, then do my hair

After my morning routine I have some breakfast which is just some toast. After breakfast I grab my keys and get in my car

The drive to the aquarium was quiet, I already knew where it was because Sero brings the squad there all the time

I get to the aquarium and walk in. As soon as I walk in I am talked to the ground by someone I'm guessing it's Sero and my prediction was right

"Hey dude!" He stops hugging me and helpes me up "hey tape face" I basically make nicknames for every one but there more of insults that nicknames

"Ok so follow me and I will show you around"
Sero walked away and a big truck pulled up in front of the aquarium "what's that?" Sero turns around and sees me pointing at the truck

"Oh that's the new arrival" he starts waking again and we get to this big tank "ok so I know this place is a dump- don't tell my boss I said that but I'm glad you accepted the offer" I just look at him and he just rambles on

"Ok so it should be here soon" I completely forgot about what he was talking about "what?"
" the new arrival it's gonna be the star of the show in this aquarium" I just look at the tank again

"so what is this 'new star of the show' then" he turns to the tank too and points at something "there it is" I look in the tank and see

"WHAT THE!?" That's a fucking merman "yep it's a mermaid well  a merman"  it? Why is it hero and not in the ocean?" He turns back to me "well it was named from the coast line yesterday so it's really good it's here" why does ha keep saying it? "Ok why do you keep saying it, looks pretty human to me?" He looks at the tank and puts his hand on the glass

"Pretty scary looking huh? Well I will admit it does look human but it is still just a fish" he pauses and speaks again "and your job is basically to look after it"
"O-ok"
"Oh and merman can't talk and you haven't been that talkative so I think this is perfect for you" well good thing he can't talk
