Walter Meets Waltina

The Doggy Date

Walter's POV
I woke up this morning earlier then my owner to go see Waltina secretly, I didn't care if anyone found out I was missing. I just wanted to see her. So, I ran out the front door as quietly as I could and then looked around outside, my paws were so cold but I didnt pay attention because I was thinking about her luscious pink locks of hair and her wonderful eyes. I had already arrived at the dog park and I looked around for her, she wasn't there yet so I sat on a bench waiting.
She wouldn't ghost me, would she?
Waltina's POV
I woke up to see my owner had gone to work, but I was always up before them, so it confused me. I felt like I was missing something important, so I looked at the time and realised.
I'm meant to meet walter.
Uh oh.
I rushed out the front door and I ran to the dog park relying on my four paws to carry me faster then they ever had like I was chasing a ball down the street. I finally arrived at the dog park to see walter sitting on a bench crying.
"Walter! I-im- I'm so sorry- my my owner they didnt get me up before going to work so I-"
"Its okay, Waltina! Just the fact that your here now makes me happier then anything."
I found myself smiling at Walter, he's always been so nice and understanding.
Walter's POV
I looked over at Waltina sitting on the bench, she has such beautiful eyes,
And a lovely smile.
And wonderful hair.
We had such a nice conversation so far.
And its only been an hour.
I looked at Waltina.
And she looked at me.
I kissed her.
I just kissed Waltina.
Waltina's POV
Oh
My god.
Did we just kiss?
Is this happening to me?
I never thought I would kiss walter, but I liked it. We made out for 5 minutes until I heard my owner calling down the street and I knew if they saw me I was dead, so I ran straight to see them and Walter had a confused look on his face, like I upset him.
I felt bad but I didnt have time to say anything to him.
Walter's POV
Waltina just ran away from me, did I do something wrong?
Maybe she doesnt like me.
And I hate to say this but
Maybe I dont like her.
