Let's Talk!

2020 has taught me many things, however, what I have truly realized this year the importance of talking. How sharing your thoughts with others can unburden your heart. The negative feelings which are brewing inside you need to be let out so that they don't eat you from inside.

Trying to stay positive is more difficult than said, especially when nothing in your life seems to look positive. When you are dealing with the feeling of loss, failure, pain, and loneliness then the only thing which you need is someone to be there for you.. to listen to you.. with whom you can be truly yourself.

Unfortunately, it is not easy to be yourself and share your thoughts with someone who knows you because the weight of being judged is huge.I know how it feels to bottle up all the feelings inside you because you have a pretense to keep. When you have no one to talk with how you are truly feeling because you don't want your loved ones to know how you are feeling because it will affect them.

I have gone through all these feelings in the past years, but especially this year was pushing me again towards the black hole, the hole which is filled with nothing but negative feelings. Thankfully, there were some people in my life who helped me and encouraged me to talk making me realize how much liberated you feel simply by talking to someone.

This gave me the idea to create a space where we all can connect and help each other. A place where we can freely voice our opinions without the fear of rejection or judgment, where we can let out our anger or simply rant about anything which is bothering us.
