He watched as his little girl waltz around in her bright blue dress. Today was picture day at school and she just HAD to wear a new dress. She had her hair perfectly curled thanks to Luke's wife Sydney. She had on some lip gloss and very thin mascara. "How do I look?" She asked her dad. "Beautiful baby girl." He smiled. She smiled and ran to hug him. He hugged her back and she slipped on her flats. "Come on daddy. I don't wanna be late." She giggled. He chuckled and grabbed his keys, walking out the door behind his daughter. They both got in the car and he drove her to school. When he got there he smiled and parked. "Good luck baby. Daddy loves you. Always." He smiled and kissed her cheek. She smiled and hugged him. "I love you too daddy. See you after school." She said grabbing her bag. He watched as she waved bye and walked into the school. A tear fell from his eyes and he drove back home.
