Hi everyone. I just wanted to quickly say before I start that this is my first time trying to write a piece of writing/ short novel, meaning I'm not expecting it to be perfect. Therefore if there are any mistakes made (forgotten trigger warning/TW's, spelling mistakes, grammatical errors or anything else at all including something cringe) do let me know; I will try my best to not describe Y/N in an way however as it's my first novel I will refer to them in a feminine pronouns I apologise if it will irritate or annoy anyone; if I write in future I will try referring to Y/N as a they/them. By the way trigger warnings will be at the top of each chapter. Also I am prepared that this story won't succeed but I guess I'll do it out of fun, but thank you so much to whoever is reading or is going to read this story it means a lot to me.

About Y/N overview (again you don't have to read this as it is mentioned throughout the story):

Y/N was one of the few quirkless people in the world, as the % of people without quirks had decreased from 20% to 5%, meaning she was usually targeted and bullied in school however it didn't bother her as she had a loving and caring family. Her mother never had a quirk either, but her dad did however Y/N was never allowed to know about it. At the age of 11 her father abruptly left leaving Y/N and her mother alone. Not long after he left her mother suddenly fell ill, and once she was taken to hospital it was found she was suffering from a rare condition that couldn't be treated long term leaving her with that illness for life, and since then Y/N has had small part-time jobs to try earn some money in order to help her sickly mother. Y/N was offered multiple times to be taken in by a carer however she refused. But there was one thing that didn't change in Y/N's life and that was the bullying. But just like I said it never bothered her until she met someone who caused a huge impact in the youngsters life. As Y/N was about to turn 17 a terrible incident occurred, her mother collapsed and was taken quickly to hospital, Y/N was told that her mother's health drastically worsened and her condition was ruled incurable. Y/N swore to herself that she would do whatever it takes to make her mother smile again no matter what it took, and since has tried looking for a stable long term job that will support both her and her mother.
