Jon was waiting for Edd outside of a highschool, Edd's school. Edd got out at a different door, which Jon new, he just didn't want to be noticed. He wasn't, so that's nice.

The bell rang, and Edd walked out the school and around the building to meet up with Jon.

“Hey, Jon!” Edd chirped, looking at Jon, who was leaning against the wall and smoking a cigarette. “Hey.” he said simply.
“Soooo- what are we doing today?” Edd questioned. “Wanna go to the lot?” Jon asked in response.
Edd got a little confused before nodding, “oh- yeah, sure!” he smiled more. Jon grabbed Edd's hand, making his way through town by using the alleyways. It's much safer than anything else...

They don't live in a good area in the least. They walked through the alleys. They were all trashed, and there was even blood stains on the sides of buildings and the ground. Not uncommon...
They got to a large parking lot that few people used to park their cars. Edd smiled, looking around.
There was a trading area. It was a cardboard box that was used as a table with stuff on it. You give one thing, and get another.
The guy running it sat on a bucket flipped upside down. There was a line of maybe three people there.

There was a few tents and sleeping bags scattered around near a corner of the place, and there was a little sheltered area that Matt stood under pretty often. There was a bunch of booze and alcohol on a table there. Same with weed, meth, ect.

Matt walked over to Edd and Jon, “Hey kiddos! How are ya?” he asked, resting his elbow on Jon's head. Jon grumbled, annoyed by the action. “Im good! How about you?” Edd asked.
“I'd say about the same as you. Did ya do anything during school today?” Matt asked. Edd shook his head. “Damn.” Matt mumbled. “Are you ever gonna move the hair out of your eyes-?” he asked.
Edd shrugged, “No idea-” he said with a small chuckle. “Oh yeah, today's Friday!” Edd chirped.
Matt smiled, “That's good. You'll get a break from school for bit.”
Edd nodded, “Yep!”

Jon was grumbling a bit. Edd thought for a second. “Hey, Matt? I don't think Jon likes you doing that..” he said, referring to the fact that Matt's elbow was on Jon's head. “What? You actually care weather he's annoyed or not?” Matt asked. Edd nodded. “Yeah. Why wouldn't I?” he asked.

Matt stayed quiet for a second, then shrugged, deciding it'd be better not to say anything. He took his arm off Jon, then sighed. “Sorry little buddy.” he said.
Jon rolled his eyes. “Well. Anything planned soon?” he asked. Matt shook his head. “Alright.” Jon said. Jon looked around. “Wanna see if we can trade anything?” he asked. Edd shrugged, “Sure, why not.” he said, following Jon over to the trading post.

Edd smiled, looking at the objects. A cool looking rock, crackers, chips, candies, ect. Just simple stuff.
Jon was eyeballing the chips. He waited until it was their turn, and he took out a ziplock of mini cookies, then set it down. “Can I get the chips?” Jon asked. The man gave a nod, pulling the cookies towards him and pushing the chops to Jon. “There ya go, Jon.” The guy said. Jon walked off since it seemed Edd didn't want anything. Edd followed Jon, as per usual.

They went off and sat down, Jon snacking on the chips and Edd drawing in a little sketchbook. They talked and laughed until they heard a yell in the distance. Jon got up quickly. “Shi-.. Shoot. Edd, I gotta go. I'll see ya later.” he said. Before Edd for the chance to speak, he ran away from the direction he heard the yell, then turnned a corner.

Edd decided he'd go home, then started walking off.
