Emma's pov [Present Time]

It had been two hours since they threw me in this cell and I sat there becoming increasingly annoyed with the continuous catcalling coming from Eddy's men guarding the door.

'Nate, please, please, be all right...' All of a sudden, "You have a new cellmate, cutie." I watched they tossed Nathan in with me, "Nate, Nate! Are you alright?" I said shaking him, I was so worried that even though I noticed the door closing, I could have cared less in that moment.

I heard groaning and noticed Nate starting to stir, "Where the hell am I?" He opened his eyes and they met my hazel ones, "Hiya, cowboy." I said as he sat up and bear hugged me.

"I was so worried, but how the hell did they catch you?" I smiled and said, "Caught me as soon as I surfaced by the shore."

He released me from his hug and says, "Well, I'm just glad you're safe. I got caught protecting Elena." The sound of a throat clearing caused me and Nate to look at Elena who said, "I'm no big time tomb raider or treasure hunter, but even I know you're not going to find El Dorado in there."

She smiles at Nate and asks, "How'd you even get in there?" He let's go of me getting up and saying, "Trying to protect you as a matter of fact." I giggled as she one-upped his knowledge about ancient structures, and walked away preparing to use the rig to pull out the bars on the cell.

"Let me in!" I heard an ever familiar voice from the other side of the door, and when it opened, Eddy Raja walked in and says, "Drake, heahahaha....fascinating document. Seems this Sir Francis Drake was in my line of work."

I stood next to Nate as he said, "Don't flatter yourself, Eddy." Laughing Eddy says, "I have a deal for you, lead me to the gold and I might just let you live." Nate pushes me behind him a little saying, "Oh, so you mean, help you and die later or die now. Tough call but I'd take die now."

Eddy yells something in a different language and says, "Listen maggot, I was promised treasure on this goddamned rock, but now my men are dying. They can't even go outside to take a piss without an armed guard."

He walks off and turns back saying, "I am making you a fair offer, you help me find the treasure and the last man alive gets the gold and the girl of course." He looks at me and I say, "Try me, I can break your bones in many different ways."

Nate smiles at this and says, "That other girl, she's long gone by now, she's probably already off the island."

Eddy says, "How much trouble could one girl be?" I laugh at this as Elena used the rig to pull the wall out, "A lot more than you realize." I say as Nate grabs me and we pile into the jeep.

I helped Elena steer while Nate took care of the shooting, "Need some help?" I shouted back towards Nate who says, "Nope, just help Elena steer!" I was annoyed he didn't want help, but eventually Elena got tired and I took over driving.

"Nate?" I say as a gap on the bridge, "Punch it!" He yells back while taking care of Eddy's men, nodding I accelerated as fast as I could and we made the jump.

"I did not think that would work!" Nate yells out as we keep driving but after a hard left around a corner, we almost go over a cliff. I went flying and almost went over the edge of the jeep and off the cliff until Nate grabbed me, "I gotcha. Hang on!"

Pulling me up, Nate hopped in the driver's seat and tried to move the jeep but we were stuck and cornered by Eddy.
