It was a beautiful day and the last day of school, gumball and darwin were still in class but it was the final class before summer break. Of course gumball hated the last class and kept wanting it to be summer break already. After 20 minutes gumball couldn't take it anymore and went to darwin and said "dude how long have we been in this one class for". Darwin was trying to fousced on the test but gave him answer "we have only been in this class for an hour". (So I know this is kinda of lazy of me but this is my first story so time skip time) As soon as the bell rang everyone ran out of the school with gumball, darwin, penny, and carrie being the last people to leave. Penny was always thinking that gumball would go out of state at least once for Summer but this time was different. Gumball saw his mom (Nicole Watterson) and their dad (Richard watterson) with a big smile on there face. They both yelled at the same time "we are going to go to Japan for some time because of summer break". Gumball and darwin were shocked to what they had just heard. They had to say goodbye to penny and carrie but carrie and penny didn't mind seeing them happy. When they did get in they said one last thing before the car zoomed off " we love you we will try to get pictures of Japan for you. (End of chapter one)
