Dear reader, I welcome you to my collection of poems . The poems are inspired by what I go through, what I read as well what I see people go through. I love writing .
It all started back in high school . My poetry teacher asked me to write a poem about our deskmate. I wrote something which suddenly I realized it was nothing but a rhyming sequence of words.Since then, whenever I find struggling myself with inner thoughts, I shuffle some words present in my thoughts. This is why I write poetry, it is my lifeline that makes me feel better every time I pen down my thoughts with a little vocabulary of words I have.
Being a writer feels like walking sideways through raindrops, knowing that beauty exists in everything , feeling emotion in pictures and figuratively expressing stimuli without boundaries. It's knowing that more dimensions exist in a line of words than in lengthy paragraphs and it definitely feels like a deep deep struggle is wanting to escape into the void of unknowing.
I learnt writing was an art
That whenever your heart stopped beating writing could set it back in motion
That writing healed the soul
Just like music.... Only it's without the beats.
