Call Me Maybe (Union J George Shelley fanfic)

I was getting ready for Union J's hometown tour. Tonight they were performing in a small arena in Luton, Jaymi's hometown. This was really local to me, which was amazing as nobody famous ever comes to this area. Me and my friend were unsure of what to wear. We wanted to be comfortable, as it was a standing gig. I finally decided to wear skinny jeans and my new christmas jumper; my friend wore leggings and a Union J t-shirt she made herself. We were so excited.

Eventually we left to get the train and made our way to the arena. When we got there, there was only about 10 other girls queueing, so we knew we were going to get close to the front.

Walking into the arena felt amazing. The warm up act was a young singer, he was really good, which made me even more excited for the boys to come out. We were front row, oh my gosh. Finally, after what seemed like hours, the boys came out, George, Jaymi, JJ and Josh. They all looked gorgeous. I was dancing and singing along to every single song they sang, and then it came to their final song. They sang 'Call Me Maybe' and George Shelley was playing his acoustic guitar, which made my heart melt. We kept catching eye contact and his cheeky grin made me chuckle :')

Through the final chorus of 'Call Me Maybe' George sang the lyrics looking directly at me and made the phone sign with his hand. My friend was screaming like crazy, I tried to act calm but inside I felt butterflies.

When I got home I felt strange... Usually after concerts I'm hyper and excited, but not this time. I explained to my friend that I might be in love with George. She laughed and said she felt the same, but I was being serious. It wasn't like a celebrity crush, it was like it meant something real. I decided to try and sleep it off....
