A/N: I wrote this poem in Remembrance of Allah and for every Muslims not to toy with Solah.
May Allah accept it as an act of Ibadah (Amin).

Ashaduallah Illah Ilallah (2x)
AshaduAna Muhamadda Rosulullah (2x)
Ayala Solah (2x)
Ayala Falah (2X)
Allahu Akbar (2X)
Lahillaha Ilahllah
As I sat there watching films with my friends
I heard that beautiful voice
Calling people for their success
That was when I remembered
That it was time for Solah
Time for me to worship my Lord Who created me
And is TheMaster of the universe
How could I have forgotten Solah time
Oh! I was busy watching film
Even when I heard the Muazzim call the Adhan (Azan)
I was reluctant to get to Pray
That is As-Shayton for you
He will find ways to tie you down
When it is time for Solah
''Get up!'' A part of my mind whispered
''Get up and go and Pray!''
''Go to the Masjid now!''
''Do you want to disobey your God?'' It further said
Instantly, I felt remorse
I was disappointed in myself
For allowing shayton to mislead me in a way
By using the film I was wastching as bait
Then I asked myself
Who created me?
Who is my Robbi?
Who brought me to this world?
Who made me(MashaAllah) a Mumeenah?
Who preserved my life till now?
Who help me in my time of difficulties?
When I was at the brink of death
Who brought me back?
Nobody except HIM
Nobody except Allah(SWT)
My Creator
My Lord
My God
My Sustainer
My Provider
My Protector
Then I remember
All the films I have watched
The ones I am watching
All these worldly possessions
Will stay and end in this world
This Duniya is vanity
Only our Faith, obedient to Allah
And His Prophet's (SAW) Sunnah
Doing Halal things
Forsaking Haram things
Remembering Allah's Dos and Don'ts
Doing all those things that can
Assure our entry to Jannah
Are they only way to please Allah
Not watching film when I'm supposed
To be praying in the Masjid
And other wordly frivolous things
Will not be pleasing to Allah
Ya Allah! Astagfirullah(forgive me)
For hesitating for a fraction
Of a second about Solah
All these thoughts were whirling
And churling in my mind
On my way to the Masjid
To you all Muslims reading this
Whenever you hear the Adhan
Never hesitate to answer
Leave anything you are doing
To answer the call to prayer
In remembrance of Allah
As-Solatu Khoirun Mina anything You are doing
I.e Prayer (Solah) is better and
More rewarding than anything
You are doing
Remember, the difference
Between a Muslim and Mushrikin/Munafikhin
Is SOLAH (PRAYER)
Remember Allah in everything You do :)
