"morning" Daniel muttered, kissing Arabella's cheek. Daniel had stayed over Arabella's for the night after they spent the day together the day before. Arabella was lying on her side, facing away from Daniel, as he had his arm draped over her waist and his head on her shoulder. "did you sleep well?"
"yeah" Arabella answered, turning over and placing her arms round his waist. "you?"
"good" Daniel answered, messing with the ends of her hair. Arabella opened her eyes looking up at him with a smile.
"you're shirtless" Arabella said with a smile, looking up at him.
"mhm" Daniel mumbled. he let out a sigh, stretching as Arabella sat up. she rubbed her eyes, trying to wake up after the long night she had with her friends. "what're you doing today"
"stuff" she answered, looking at the boy with a smile. she placed her hand on his cheek, pulling him closer to her. she kissed him gently while he moved next to her.
"i think you should take off your top" Daniel said, tugging at her t-shirt. "then it'll be equal"
"you're funny" Arabella said, sarcastically. she climbed out of bed, taking her hairbrush from the dresser. "shouldn't you be leaving?"
why should i be leaving?" Daniel asked, staying in the bed. Arabella looked back at him, rolling her eyes.
"you have an interview today" she reminded him. "and i've got a meeting"
"we could both not go" Daniel suggested. "stay in bed together"
"you've never acted like that" Arabella spoke, changing her shirt. "you're always keen for band stuff"
"some things are more important" Daniel added, getting up and making the bed. "like you"
"shut up" Arabella giggled. "just get ready so you can drop me off first"
