Stepping off the elevator the noise of the floor hit her ears the sounds of phones ringing , people talking , the Pushing of buttons on the vending machine filled the air .
Taking a deep breath she walked down the hallway to the opening .
Standing there for a moment she looked around the room to see if she could see who she was looking for .
" Ma'am Can I help you " A Man said in a police uniform
" Um Yes I need to speak with Fin Tutuola " Ashlynn says to him
" He's in a meeting at the moment you can have a seat at his desk if you would like or I can have another Detective come talk to you "
" No I'd like to sit at his desk "
Ashlynn took a seat at Fins desk she saw a picture of his son and him framed .
Letting herself slight relax as she waited for him .
Ashlynn would listen to the room not to anyone particular .
" Alright Olivia I will "
She heard his voice before she saw him , she looked around to find him coming out of a room with a Brunette and Blonde Woman along another Blonde guy then a with a Black Haired Man dressed in a suit was looking through Olivias Office window .
Ashlynn stood up from her chair that she had been waiting in she knew who the Brunette was Captain Olivia Benson but the other two she didn't know .
" Fin " She said calling out his name
All four of them looked towards her
" Ashlynn " both Fin and Olivia said in shock
" Hi " Ashlynn said back to them
Fin walked over to Ashlynn pulled her into a hug crushing her
She had to close her eyes to keep the tears from falling.
Letting her go Fin stepped back
" I know that look Ashlynn tell me what's wrong " he says softly to her
" I .... Um .... I was ... Um .... Raped " She says to him
" Do you know by who " Olivia asked
" No , He um Worked on the same floor as I did at the Law office in Brooklyn " She tells them
" Where did it happen at " Fin asked
" Not too far from here "
" Have you gone to the hospital yet "
" No I just got away from him he passed out and I ran out of the building and caught a cab "
" Is the cab driver still here " A voice asked
" Yeah I told him that I would come back down with money to pay him "
" On it " another voice said
" Do you want me to contact your father " Olivia says
" No We aren't on the best of terms right now " Ashlynn says
" Okay "
" Let's get you down to the hospital to get checked out , I'll stay with her until she is released then I'll take her home " Fin said
" No I can't go home he has my address " Ashlynn says
" Alright you will go to my place " Fin said
" Olivia please don't call my father if he finds out he's not going to be happy "
" Ashlynn I won't for now but I will tell him he has a right to know that his child has been hurt " Olivia said
" No he was just a Sperm Donor he isn't my father"
Fin led Ashlynn out to the elevator
" Who is her Father " a man asked
" My Former Partner Elliot Stabler ,it's a long story but Ashlynn was conceived from a one nightstand that Elliot had when he was in the Marines "
" I take it they don't get along "
" Not at all She is so much like him in her attitude but she's a good Kid well she's 25 so she's not a kid she works at a law office in Brooklyn she is a legal assistant along with her photography business she has she does well for herself " Olivia said
" Well keep me informed of what happens "

Four hours later several rounds of test , a morning after pill even though she was on the pill and took it regularly , a tetanus shot , Antibiotics for the infection that was just beginning from the cuts on her sides, her back to her ass , the small burns on her the soles of her feet the doctor said was not to bad more like a bad sunburn and a two day supply of pain killers for the dislocated shoulder after the two days she was to switch to ibuprofen, Ashlynn left the hospital with help from Fin since she was feeling high from the pain medication they gave her .
Fin scooped up Ashlynn after she stumbled to the car and carried her to it placed her in it buckled her up shut the door .
He hopped into the drivers seat pulled out his phone to text Liv to tell her he was taking Ashlynn back to his place to sleep .
Ashlynn closed her eyes for the first time in three days she couldn't fight the sleep anymore and she knew she was safe with Fin .
Rolling over in bed Ashlynn let out a slight hiss at the pain her body felt like it went ten rounds with a boxer .
When she opened her eyes she realized she was at An apartment she doesn't know
But she could hear voices talking so she flipped the covers off her slowly stands up and makes her way to the door but not before making sure she was somewhat dressed
Finding she was in a T-Shirt and a pair of to big basketball shorts she left the bedroom
Coming around the corner she sees Fin at the kitchen table along with Olivia, and two other people she didn't know .
" Afternoon Sleepyhead do you want anything To eat " Fin said
" Yeah something light if you have anything "
" I do , I'll fix you a sandwich as we talk "
" I can see you are wondering who theses two are This is Amanda Rollins and Sonny Carisi they will be helping investigate your rape " Olivia said
"Oh"
" Do you know how long you were held " Carisi asked
" It's still Tuesday right "
" No it's Wednesday now you slept for over 24 hrs "
" Since Thursday I got away Yesterday " Ashlynn tells them
" Do you remember any thing about where you were held smells , sounds " Rollins asked
" I kept hearing a church bell ring every hour I knew we were high up do to the noise level of the street being low " Ashlynn tells them
" How far did he take you from the office "
" Id say about half hour or so " She responded before she took a bite of the sandwich that Fin put in front of her .
" Eat we can talk afterwards " Olivia said her cell rang so she steps out of the apartment.
Ashlynn finished her sandwich along with the chips that Fin gave her she slowly stood up to take her plate to the sink .
" I'll get it " Carisi said taking her plate .
" Thank you " she tells him
Olivia came back in from her call not looking very happy .
" Whats up " Fin asked
" Ashlynn I know you didn't want your father knowing about this but someone called him and told him you were in the hospital for a rape ..."
" What how the only ones that know are in this room minus the Doctor and I know they won't say anything due to HIPPA Laws "
" I don't know but I will find out, I told Him that it was up to you to tell him anything but We are handling it " Olivia said .
