You are at platform 9 3/4 with Hermione. Your waiting for the Hogwarts Express to arrive. Your wearing your usual baggy Journey sweatshirt,its always been your favorite since Ron got it for you as a birthday gift last year."I see them!" Hermione says eagerly pointing to your right. You turn your head and see the Ginny and Ron come through the wall. They are soon followed by George and Fred, and then Mrs.Weasley (Molly) and Mr. Weasley. (Aurther) Ron and Ginny are bickering as usual.
You quickly jog up behind Ron running on the palms of your feet to silence your steps. You bite Ron's shoulder, you have no issue with height Ron's 5'9 and your 5'7. "Bloody hell!"
He wips around to face you,"y/n! Blimey your here!" His face lights up as soon as he sees you.
He attacks you with a hug, butterflies erupt in your stomach as his strong arm wrap around you and his strong husky scent hits you, cinaman and calone.
"I've missed you so much!" He seems to have surpassed the fact that you've just bitten him." I've missed you to!" You say smiling.
Hermione comes up behind you,Ron releases you from his trap and says hello to to Hermione. Ginny gives both you and Hermione a hug. "Thank Merlin, I couldn't have stood another day alone with these daft doornails!" She exclaimed gesturing to her brothers.
Your greetings are cut short as the Hogwarts Express pulls up. You quickly say hello to Molly and Aurther before returning to you and Hermione's bags you left unattended. Ron and Ginny comes back to you guys.
"Let me help you with that" Ron says picking up your trunk. "Nope, I've got it!" You say threateningly to him as you snatch your trunk back."You know how I feel you about that" You say. You hate it when you come inside and someone else is carrying your stuff it makes you anxious.
" oh, yeah right" Ron says smiling at you. You march onto the train humming Lose Yourself by Eminem. Ron catches onto what your singing and starts singing the lyrics out loud. You join in so that your voices at Nsync.( I hope you cought that reference)
Soon your reciting the lyrics together as you take your seats in a compartment. You hear Hermione and Ginny laughing as they follow you into the compartment. You make sure that when you sit your seat is facing the direction of the front of the train.Ron sits across from you.
You and Ron burst out laughing. You get butterflies when you here Ron's laugh. Hes adorable, you think smiling. This goes on for about two minutes.
"Hey, y/n do you have that motion sickness stuff?" Ron asks you. "Oh yeah, sorry I forgot you know how my mind can be" you reach into the small carry on bag and pull out the dramamine. You and Ron both get bad motion sickness.
You tip out 4 pills and pass 2 to Ron with a bottle of water. "Thank you" Ron says " I dont know what I'd do with out you y/n" he winks at you playfully and takes the pills.
Butterflies shoot up through your stomach as he does that. What is that supposed to mean? You are very confused about what he ment by winking at you. You see Ginny give Hermione a look as Hermione looks up from her book.
"You gonna take that y/n?" Ron says cutting through your thoughts. "Right, yeah" you say and swallow the pills. Yuck. "Stare off into space again?" Ron guessed. You nod your head. " wha'cha thinkin' about now?" He says curiously. You emedietly say the first thing that pops into your head," I forgot my sketchbook at home" you say looking glum. "I'll have to buy a new one in Diagon Alley later" you say.
"You'll have to show me some of your sketches Ginny says. "Sure, but you know it'll be bad" you say." I'm sure it cant be that bad" Hermione comments. " Yeah, I've seen how good they are so dont even start" Ron says.
"Ha!" You say rolling your eyes. You notice a tint of pink on Ron's face as you roll your eyes. I guess he likes that...
Soon the dramamine kicks in and you are overwhelmed with sleep. Stupid side effects, you think.
Suddenly a soft snore growing louder rips you from your thoughts. You tear your gaze from the window to see Ron asleep on the window snoring, a trail of drool coming from his open mouth.
You smile sitting admiring him for a few seconds and lean forward leaving your seat to wipe the drool from his mouth with your sleeve that already hangs in the middle of your hand.
At your touch Ron sleepily cracks his eyes open to see you and sleepily whispers "Thanks" and smiles before shutting them again.
You lean back against your seat and look over to see Ginny smirking at you. Hermione wiggles her eyebrows up and down at you teasingly.
You scoff and roll your eyes.
Soon you are overcome by sleep and drift asleep thinking of Ron.
