On the 12th hour of the first day of October 1989, 43 women around the world gave birth. This was unusual in the fact that none of these women had been pregnant when the day first began. Sir Reginald Hargreeves, eccentric billionaire and adventurer, resolved to locate and adopt as many of the children as possible.

He got eight of them

Luna stared at the card in her hand with a worried stare, as rain pellted against the window of the big house. The death card in hand she glanced out the window. She had never felt fearful of this card for whenever she pulled it she felt it was bringing new beginnings, but the voices in her head were saying it wasn't that this time.

'Maybe the cards are talking about dad... yea that's it' she thought. Her father, a cruel man she had grown distant from since her siblings all grew up and left. She missed them so much, not a day passed where she didn't think of them. She was aware of luther arriving back home a little earlier but has yet to go see him. She wondered what her other siblings would think seeing her still looking 15 years old.

Luther and her were kinda close as kids, but she grew distant from him as he was a killjoy growing up. She found herself writing letters to send to the man on the moon but still never coming out of her room to have them be sent.

Deigo was protective of the girl growing up. He'd always check to make sure she was doing okay during missions. She'd sit with him helping him out with his stutter. He even taught her how to throw knives to have an excuse to see her. He still came from time to time to check on her since she locks herself up in her room most days.

Allison and luna were close but not that close. Luna was quiet during their childhood often working on her tarot, spells, potions and rollerskating around the house by herself. While Allison was more focused on more teen things, like boys or a certain boy.

Klaus was her best friend, they'd often escape the house to go do wild things which were always his ideas. He was the only one who could convince her to take a break from trying to fix what she couldn't. She would often use her power of seeing through others eyes to check on him, she couldn't lie she had done it to all her siblings. It pained her to see ambulance after ambulance knowing he was going through stuff. She only had to have glimpses into what he goes through with his power and she knows its rough.

Ben was someone she loved dearly. His passing was one of the worst things she had to go through. He often joined her and klaus's adventures, being a voice of reason for the too crazy ideas. He'd come read books to her while she ran all over her room after she locked herself away. She had often talked to him with her powers as well, or through the ouji board. She preferred being able to see him tho so her powers were the way to go.

Then there was Vanya. Luna was one of the only ones who gave Vanya the time of day. She had enjoyed when Vanya would stop by to play her violin even if it seemed she was too busy trying to figure out how to get him back.

Luna appreciated her siblings helping her through the rough time, but all she wanted was to find him. Five. The boy who disappeared during dinner. After his disappearance she had locked herself in her room doing everything she could to try and find him. She knew he was still alive. She had tried to see through his eyes multiple times but never got anything other than noise. That was all she needed to know he was alive. She had given up on finding a way a month ago. When her cards told her to be patient, so that's what she was gonna do.

Five wasn't a brother to luna, she had been in love with him.  Sneaky glances during practice shared between them. Playing footsie under the dinner table, secret meet ups at night when they believed everyone was sleep. The little secret really was no secret to everyone around them.
