Blinded by the Light - One Shot

Izuku's quirk: Heat waves, able to only move the ones with bright red, able to see them in warm colors, however he is blind.

In this background, Izuku was blind from the moment he was born. Katsuki, has the job of helping Izuku get around and making sure he was ok. Katsuki had took care of this job, he protected Izuku, and although he thought of it as a pain, he did it anyway.

 When he got his quirk, his attitude had changed, as he no longer helped Izuku with directions and started to leave him by himself more often than not. But, Izuku didn't think much of it, while he did feel the obvious change, he didn't mind.

 During playtime, after the teacher had directed Izuku outside, Katsuki, with his crew had walked up to Izuku, and started to tease him for his blindness and how he hadn't gotten his quirk yet.

Izuku took the teasing to heart as he turned around and ended up running into a wall. 

He fell to the ground, opening his eyes, he thought he would see the regular darkness. But instead he saw warm colors, like red, orange, and yellow.

Because of this new discovery, he tried to touch the red, as it seems there was more of it than any other surrounding him. 

Meanwhile, Katsuki was a bit worried but continued to stand at the same spot while his two followers had laughed.

When Izuku felt he had grabbed the red, he pulled on it. 

Katsuki went stumbling as he was moving toward Izuku more and more by the second. The followers, confused, but just watched the show. And finally, he had been brought to Izuku… 

In one of the worst ways possible, though. He landed on top of Izuku, peering down to see the boy with his eyes open.

Izuku tried to arise, but felt something over him. He could see the red he had pulled on was closer than before, like way closer. 

He was worried at what he had done and closed his eyes. 

"Why are you closing your eyes?" He heard a very familiar voice.

"K-Kacchan, I w-was seeing red d-dots and it wasn't normal."

"Can you open your eyes again?" 

Izuku hesitated, but believed in Katsuki and opened his eyes. 

Katsuki was looking at one of the most prettiest things he had ever seen, big, green eyes that seemed to sparkle under the bright sun they were in.

"Why are your eyes so pretty?" Katsuki asked, getting off the poor boy and helping him up. 

"H-hu-uh?" Izuku brought his head up to, opening his eyes see the bright red dot once more. He then looked to the side, where Katsuki was holding his hand, to see orange..

"Your eyes, they look like angels eyes.."

"T-they do?"

"Yes." Katsuki nods.

"But.. Kacchan, I can see something.. something other than the darkness that usually surrounds me."

Kacchan snaps out of his phase and quickly moves before Izuku, holding both of his hands. 

"Can you see me?"

"No. But you are in front of me, r-right?"

"Yes, so, what do you see?" 

"I see warm-ish colors, if that's what they are."

"Hmmn"

Kacchan suddenly hugs Izuku tight, as he cheerfully says, "It's probably your quirk!"

"Now, this is my boyfriend." Katsuki non-yells to the class while they all were standing or sitting in the common rooms.

Izuku waved, eyes closed, "Hi!" His voice was as chipper as he looked. 

Katsuki touches his boyfriend's shoulder only to let out, "Izu.. they're this way" as he moves his boyfriend to the direction of the class.

"Hi," Izuku waved once more.
