■Author-chan's POV□

(Y/n) and Inosuke agreed to join Tanjiro and Zenitsu in the mission, and today they're leaving.

They are currently outside to go now..

"Yuuto.. Just stay here,okay? It would be dangerous if you come!" (Y/n) said while gently pulling Yuuto off her leg.

"B-but.. I wanna come! I don't want to be lonely! And.. And I thought you fight really cool last time!" Yuuto whined now letting go of (Y/n) and looking up at her.

"Tch. Dont be such a whiny baby!" Inosuke said glaring at Yuuto.

"Inosuke! That wasn't nice!" (Y/n) scolded, and she then faces Yuuto while kneeling down.

"We would be back early and safe, okay?" (Y/n) said while smiling at the cute little boy.

"O-ok.." Yuuto shyly replied, "Let's just go!" Inosuke said while starting to walk away.

Now they are currently going to where the mission is located, they had small and short chats until they finally reached the location.

"Ugh, finally dammit!" Inosuke huffed, "Inosuke you're so impatient!" (Y/n) said while slowly pouting at the boar head guy.

'Why the fuck is this idiot so cute...?!'
Inosuke thought to himself, "What the hell is that?! Tch, who cares!" Inosuke said while hiding his face that is now very red inside the mask.

"Anyways" Tanjiro spoke up while clearing his throat to get there attention, "So, what's the problem here?" Tanjiro asked the crow and then it spoke "There had been rumors going around this town that has been dying out of nowhere" the crow stated.

Later on the crow left, "Looks like we'll be asking around for some clues" Tanjiro said while slowly turning to his comrades and smiling.

"We should split up and plan a meeting place" Tanjiro said and then the (h/c) girl was paired with Inosuke.

(Of course she is― Okay for those who doesn't like (Y/n) being paired with Inosuke all the time here is an explanation why I did it, Inosuke doesn't go along with ANYONE except (Y/n), ya know he's hot headed all the time. If (Y/n) was paired with Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke wouldn't get along and Zenitsu would just end up dying🤧, same goes to Tanjiro being paired with Inosuke, except Tanjiro and Inosuke would just end up fighting each other😃✨)

Now (Y/n) and Inosuke were looking around trying to see if there were something suspicious or wrong around the town, until they heard whimpers around somewhere.

They saw an alleyway and they both can already sense the demon's presence while getting closer to see what's happening while hiding.

(Y/n)'s eyes widened when she saw a little girl whimpering while the demon is going near her.

"SHUT UP!" The demon yelled.

(Y/n) quickly sprinted in front of the little girl.
