Then Alen rode to the Griffin kingdom to tell the king of the griffins what happened but on there way they saw a boy fighting a serpent. They helped him and he tagged along as gerald saw his face turned red and said "that is one of serpants that attacked us". Then they both landed there and helped the boy. He was muddy and had two swords on his back. Alen
approach him and asked what was his name. He said that his name was Jack and gerald asked him why was he fighting the serpant. Then Jack said "that serpant attacked our village and stole a big crystal". Then alen realised that the basilisk must have something to track the crystal. But the good news is that Jack also agreed to defeat the basilisk because it destroyed his village then alen saw greef in Jack's eyes. Then gerald said " we should inform the king of the dwarfs and prepare a sizable army to attack and stop the basilisk " . "Then what are we waiting for, let's go!" said alen everybody agreed but when they arrived at the castle, they found that the king has been missing for weeks.
