You're Leaving?

Calli was sitting at her desk texting Kiara about when they should do another collab.

"Hey Kusotori would you like to do another collab soon?"

A message arrived almost instantly.

"Calli! Of course I would love to do a collab with you."

Calli smiled to herself "Great! I'm a bit busy this week but next week I can make time."

"Are you good for next week?"

"Yeah I should be free enough next week."

Kiara smiled to herself but that smile quickly faded.

She hesitated but still decided start a call with Calli.

She answered the call. "Hello, need to talk about something?"

Kiara looked at her profile picture which was of her and Calli.

"Hey... yeah I needed to talk to you about something..."

"What's wrong? Are you okay?"

Calli twirled her hair around her finger.

"Yeah, listen this may be the last collab we do together face to face in a long time."

Kiara started tapping her finger on her desk.

"Why do you say that?"

Calli started feeling anxious for the first time in a long time.

"Well you see I feel like I want to go home..."

"I feel like I'll be better off over there and my performance will also be better."

"Oh! Well that's good for you, Kusotori."

"Yeah I suppose..."

"What's wrong?"

"I... well... I'll miss you and the girls."

"We'll miss you too, Kiara, but we'll still be in contact."

"I'll miss you the most Calli..."

Kiara's once worried face turned into a pained expression.

"Aw, hey come on there's nothing to worry about we'll still talk."

Kiara started sobbing.

"Hey Hey what's wrong?"

"S-Sorry I just..." she hesitated.

"I-I just love you guys s-so so much."

Calli's heart skipped a beat.

"Hey calm down, I can come over if you'd like."

"P-please..." Kiara could no longer speak coherently.

"I'll be there in a couple of minutes. Want me to bring snacks?"

"Y-yes please..."

"Alright, be there in a bit."

Calli ended the call and started getting dressed.

She put on a slit skirt and a sweat with a black coat over it.

She grabbed some snacks, put them in her bag and started walking to Kiara's apartment.

She was walking in the darkness of the night sky, when she looked in the far distance she began to think.

She started thinking about Kiara leaving her and how much her presence actually affects her day to day life.
She thought about her goofy little smile, all her love, her enthusiasm, and how beautiful her eyes are.
