Chapter 23

{Ashlynn's pov}

I couldn't believe what Peter had just done. He made a locket just for me.

"Peter, you seriously didn't have to make this for me" I say looking at it. It was just so beautiful.

"I did, I want you to carry something that reminds you of me. Everywhere you go, you just look at it, and boom, Peter" he smile.

I reach for his hand and squeeze it.

"But I already have something from you"

He gives me a puzzle look
"Really? What"

I slightly point to his chest
"Your heart. And you for sure have mine" I smile and slide our finger together.

Without saying a single word he lean over and kiss my lips.

Smoothly, our mounts were moving in a perfect sync, like they always did.

He slowly broke the kiss and our foreheads were touching.

"Ashlynn, you and I need to escape"

What he said took me for surprise, what did he meant by that?

"But we already are in Neverland" I say smiling.

He shakes his head.

"I mean, far away"

"I don't understand"

He half smiles

"I want to form a family with you, sure when you're ready, and in order to do that we need to be on a safe environment" he says.

I have mix emotions about what he just said.

Of course I want to from a family with him, so badly, but are we ready?

"Are you saying Neverland is not a safe place?"

"If you put it like that"

I smile, our finger still connected.
"I trust you Peter, and whatever you say is fine with me"

And I do, I trust him. I love him.

"So, what's the plan?" I ask, our foreheads still touching.

"Just, escape. To a very far place, and raise a family there" he smiles, his eyes lost in mine.

I gently nod
"Let's do it. But when?"

"I haven't thought of that. Yet"

I laugh a little.

"Of course" I say.

I was so happy the Peter wanted to form a family with me. So amazingly surprising but, happy.

"Can you stay with me laying in bed all day?" I ask making him smile.

He smirk

"Yeah, and who's gonna watch the lost boys"

I shrug, "I think their big enough to look up for themselves"

That makes him laugh
"Anything for you, my princess"

I love when he calls me that, it just makes me feel like one.

"Forever and always, Peter" I say.

"Forever and always, Ashlynn" he repeats kissing my lips again.

Short update guys. Sorry if I haven't updated in a looong time. I've just been really busy.

In other news, I've just thought of the perfect ending for this fanfic. And I'm warning you.
You better have your tissues ready for the end, cuz is gonna be pretty sad, sorry guys.
