after the big stage event, the boys had caught a lot of people's attention, nationally and internationally. after their promotion period ended, there's a good news that enha's waiting for.

*at the meeting room in the company*

staff1 : okay, congrats to enhypen who has been growing so much these past few months. we are so proud of you guys.

everyone in the room start clapping including enhypen's members themselves.

staff2 : because of this, your promotion ended nicely so we're thinking of letting you to go on a trip, to jake's hometown, australia.

the members start gasping especially jake who has been shocked because he got to visit his home country and to visit his best friend, ashley.

staff1 : and we're not going to film anything, this trip is made for you to rest nicely at jake's home country so you guys can relax before going to our next step of your career.

the members weren't saying anything because they were all shocked and happy. after the staffs told them about everything else that they planned and the date, everyone come back to their dorm to start packing.

*back at the dorm*

the members arrived at their dorm and fo straight to find their suitcases. they are all excited to go to australia not only because it's jake's home country but they have a friend that they have been missing.

sunoo and niki are the most excited ones to pack since they said ashley is their favorite noona.

jack is also excited to pack to visit his one and only best friend and walk around the city to reminds him of home and his childhood.

jay and sunghoon wants to go to the beach so bad that they pack so many extra summer clothes.

jungwon and heeseung wants to explode the city so they packed a lot of clothes and do a lot of research about the cities they're going to.

jack thought about ashley when he's packing so he text ashley to tell her the news even tho he want to surprise her.

*ding* ( one message from jake )

jake : ashleyyy! we're going to have a trip in AUSTRALIA.
ash : WHAT? huh? what's going on?
jake : the company want us to relax and have fun so they planned a trip to australia for us. FOR RELAXING not filming anything. you'll be our guide right? keke
ash : oh come on, you've been living in brisbane your whole life, do you even need a guide?
jake : haha! im joking. but you need to join us
ash : alright, i don't have any assignments for next week so im fine
jake : see you soon ashhh!

|| trip to australia d-day ||

enhypen's members are excitedly leaving the dorm to go to the airport. after hours of sitting in the flight, they've finally arrived at brisbane ,australia.

heeseung : wowww, this is so nice
jay : im actually nervous, we're going to meet jake's parents
sunoo : oh no, im nervous too
jungwon : im excited to hang out already!
jake : this is weird, im actually home!

*at jake's parents house*

mrs.sim : everyone! omg welcome welcome!
jay : hello ma'am, im jay
mrs.sim : oh jay, you're so much cooler outside
mrs.sim : my son!!! come here! *hugs jake*
jake : this is so weird! ahhh! where's dad?
mrs.sim : he's coming soon
jungwon : ma'am, where's layla? i have been wanting to see her
sunghoon : oh yeah layla, i want to meet her so bad
jake : oh come on, im her owner here, i need to kiss her first for sure *laugh*

jake go to the backyard and met layla. he then introduces everyone to layla. jungwon is the most excited one since he has always wanting to meet her. layla seems to like those attentions a lot that she smiles widely and keep on asking the members to pat her which of course, ADORABLE.

after a few minutes, mr.sim walked in and everyone greeted him nicely. everyone all gathered in the living room.
some members look around the house to see jake's childhood photos. jungwon is still playing with layla. jay and some other members talked with jake's parents and everyone had a good time.

mrs. sim : you guys are so much taller in real life. ahhh, isn't it crazy? i have 6 other sons now *laugh*
jake : but im your favorite tho, mom
sunghoon : im the second favorite son then

everyone burst into laughs after sunghoon said that. mr and mrs. sim really welcomed them warmly. niki is also excited to meet ash so he asked jake.

niki : jake hyung, where's ash?
jake : im going to text her, her house is a block away tho
heeseung : then should we walk there and surprise her?
jungwon : i don't think that's a good idea, remember, her dad.
sunoo : oh yeah right *pouts*
jake : it's okay, we can meet her tomorrow.

jake texted ash to ask her if she's coming but she didn't reply. a few minutes later, ash replied back to jake's messages.

ash : omg you guys arrived already?
jake : yeah~ sunoo and niki have been asking about you all day long
ash : oh my god, im so sorry. something urgent came up about my work so I don't think i can join tonight. we'll meet tomorrow don't worry.
jake : actually, heeseung hyung want to look around the city tomorrow
ash : tomorrow? i think i can do it, im so excited!
jake : i feel like we're going to feel like we're back to our childhood!
ash : right? ahhh! im already excited, tell everyone im sorry i couldn't join today but I'll make sure to pay back tomorrow *laugh*
jake : *smiles* okay I'll tell them, see you soon beautiful ashley~

jake told the members about ash joining them to look around the city. heeseung is definitely the most excited one since that's his goal but surprisingly jay who has been talking about the beach since coming here also cheering because he gets to shop.

after they had dinner with mr and mrs. sim, jungwon who didn't get to see jake's childhood photos look around. then one picture caught his attention. which is ash and jake when they were 10 years old. jungwon froze a little because he felt like that face is so familiar. but he couldn't see the picture clearly and was going to look closer to it but got interrupted by heeseung who calls him over to sit where the other members are.
