Krissy was in the clearing in the forest. She swung her sword with ease at the training dummy.
It cut in half easy, but she wasn't satisfied. She had no style, and she knew it. She kept training and training for hours. She wasn't going to be happy with just cutting.
She was about to cut another dummy when she heard a familiar voice behind her.
"Krissy!" It was Evan.
How did he find me here? I only trusted Scarlett.... She then realized it was a mistake to trust her not to tell. Dammit.
"Krissy, I finally found you! It takes forever to find this place!" He exclaimed.
"There was a reason for that," she sighed, "Now, what is so important that you have to bother me?"
"No particular reason," he replied, "I just wanted know what you were up to."
"I was training," she looked off, annoyed, "As you can see by the paper mache on the ground." She gestured to the ground.
"Well since I'm here," his heart gave a little flutter, "Do you think we can spar together?" He's had a crush on her since they first met in the Herobrine incident. He wanted to do anything to see her smile big for him all the time, but she was so cold and reserved that the most she did was faintly smile from time to time.
"I don't see why not," she answered, "You came all they way here." She turned away from him and picked up a spare sword she brought.
"Here," she tossed the sword to him. He caught it mid-air, "You know the rules by now. 3, 2, 1, Go!"
The battle begun. Krissy attacked first. She appeared behind him and was about to hit him when his sword collided with hers. Their sparing looked a lot like dancing as they continued with the fight.
Neither one could dominant one. That is, until Krissy knocked his sword out of Evan's hand.
Evan was left without a weapon, but he wasn't about to surrender. Oh, no. He never surrendered to Krissy. He loved seeing her get a little mad because she could never figure out why he didn't give in a hopeless situation.
Evan did some quick thinking and ran behind Krissy while she was recovering from when she knocked the sword out of his hand.
He did what he couldn't do done before, he tackled her.
As they landed on the ground, he wrenched the sword out of her hand. She turned around so she was on her back.
He then sat on her chest and held her hands down so she couldn't escape. He expected her to wiggle and thrash, but she didn't. She just panted in disbelief that he won, but she wasn't going to let him have the victory.
"Do you think it would be that easy?" She raised an eyebrow at him.
"Well no, I mean our battle was still pretty long," he answered.
He suddenly made eye contact with her eyes. Her black eyes pierced his. Unintentionally, he leaned in. He then kissed her. She was resentful and hesitant at first, then she gave in and finally kissed back.
After he pulled away, she smiled, and not a small grin, a huge smile. His smile became bigger.
"What is this?" She asked.
"It's called love," he replied.
"It feels so, nice. Thank you for teaching me this."
"You're welcome."
"Can I experience it again?"
"Sure thing," He was leaning in again when he heard a voice coming from a near by tree.
"Can't wait till I show the others this!" It was Scarlett. She definitely recorded their moment. Krissy turned away from where she heard the voice, a faint pink color started to appear on her cheaks. Scarlett ran toward the camp screaming #Krivan name that everyone gave to them.
As footprints were no longer heard, he turned to her and said, "We can try it again if you want to."
Krissy looked at him, "Okay."
He was about to lean in when she sprang up and pinned him down.
"Oh, I forgot to mention that you loosened your grip," Krissy smirked.
"Let's get back before Scarlett has the chance to share that video."
"But, do you want to dance another time?"
"I would love to spar with you again."
"As long as you can tell me more about this love thing."
"Agreed."
He got up and started to pack up and head back to camp with Krissy as his new girlfriend.
I tried. Romance is not my forte..... Anyway yeah, I'm tired.
