Duke Depp x Reader

Chapter 1

It's been a long day, it's raining outside. You get a text from your close friend while walking home, "Hey, saw you at the coffee shop today, you looked down." You smile and reply with "Hey, thx for checking in on me I'm fine. I was actually wondering if you wanted to hang out soon," It started raining harder, that's when you realize that you should get a ride home, you ask Duke. "Hey I also need a ride home, are you busy rn?" He simply replies with, "omw"

You see a car pull up with Duke in it. "You coming my way" he says in the flirtiest way possible. You smile and get in the car. You start some small talk to pass the time. "Oh! Here is my house." You call out. "So are you busy tomorrow?" He asks as you are stepping out of the car. "I don't think so, wanna pick me up here tomorrow, 7:30pm?" you ask him hoping for a yes. "That sounds good, see you then." He winks.

Chapter 2

    It's the next day, you have to go to your job at the local coffee shop till 5:30pm. As you're getting your stuff to go home, you get a text from Duke. "Excited to see you tonight, how about we go to that steak place down the street from your place." you reply with "That sounds great!" You get home and get ready. The time passes fast, you hear Duke outside pulling up. You run outside and you hear him say "You look nice!" you reply with "you too!"

     You get to the Steak place and you are seated without having to wait. Once you're seated, he pulls out a single red rose, you smile. "Oh that's so sweet" you say happily. You realize that you forgot your purse in the car. As you are walking out to grab it, a man approaches you, "Hey, do you need a ride home baby girl." you nervously reply "Oh no, I am just grabbing my purse, but thank you."

      He starts to lean closer to you and the smell of whiskey and cigarettes overpowers the sweet sense of the restaurant , you panic a bit and you take a step back. He starts to raise his voice, "Just give your number!" Your first instinct is to reach for your pepper spray, you then remember that it's on your purse, in the car. People start to notice what's going on. You start to panic more, until you see Duke walk over to the situation. "Excuse me, is there a problem here?" he asks the creepy man. "Yeah, this bitch right here, won't give me her number." he says angrily, "What did you say about my girlfriend?" Duke replies. "Oh shit uhm..." The man says as he runs out of the restaurant. "Are you okay, did he touch you. You look terrified." In shock, you reply with "Yeah, I'm fine. But you called me your girlfriend." He hesitantly replies with "Oh sorry, did I make you uncomfortable, it just came out."

      You get your purse and get back to the table. It is a bit awkward considering what had just happened. You start a conversation. "So would you consider me as your girlfriend or..." He replies with "I've been meaning to tell you that I have some feelings about you but I never told you because I didn't want to ruin the friendship." 

Hey my dudes, once again this is my first fan fiction so its a  bit cheesy and I also don't know how to work the writing part in wattpad just yet, but I will figure it out :)
