Disclaimer- I'm so so so so sorry for not posting for 2 weeks a lot happened, I just want to apologize and tysm for reading this story I appreciate it so much. This is my first story, so I'm not really the best at making fanfics so ty for sticking with me

Luffy is woke up yawning with the covers up to his chest, Kid was still fast asleep next to him. Luffy looked down at his pants on the floor and saw his phone right in the middle of them. He got up from the bed and picked up his phone with putting his pants on as well. When Luffy looked at his phone he saw 5 missed calls from ace and 20 missed calls from Sabo. SHIT I messed up. Luffy quickly returned the calls while walking to the dorm door. Luffy without a shirt on walked out of the dorm with the phone to his ear. "Come on pick up, y'all were just blowing up my phone a second ago," Luffy muttered.

Sabo finally picked up the phone, "LUFFY ARE YOU OK!?" Sabo yelled into the phone, Luffy squinted his eyes and moved the phone away from his head a little bit. The sun was also shining bright in his eyes. It's too early for this

"yeah, I just overslept." Luffy technically didn't lie, he did oversleep just didn't tell the detail why he was oversleeping. His whole session last night, not one time he thought about Law.

"Well at least you're ok, but we're going to pick you up tomorrow so you can come over for Christmas eve and Christmas Are you inviting any friends?" Sabo's voice seemed relived that Luffy was ok. 

"I'll ask zoro and then if they wanna come," Luffy got excited, he was thinking about the delicious food that there was going to be there. 
"ok, just let me know if they're coming or not, I need to prepare enough food for everyone, see you later Luffy." When Sabo hung up the phone, Luffy went back into the dorm to find his shirt. Kid was still fast asleep on the bed, Luffy looked at him and smiled. Luffy's stomach was growling because he was so hungry. Kid didn't seem to have any food, so Luffy just decided to go to the store. After Luffy put his shirt on he looked at Kid, Kid started to move in his sleep. Luffy started to chuckle, but didn't want to be too loud so he covered his mouth.

Luffy opened the door to Kid's dorm and looked back at him, Luffy turned around and closed the door. The sun was still bright so he tried to cover the sun shine with his hand, It worked but barley. Luffy started to head down the stairs to get to his car.

Luffy had his head in his phone as he was walking, he didn't even pay attention to the people walking besides him. Well until he saw someone very familiar. Luffy stopped walking and looked right at him. Their eyes both locked, Luffy didn't know what to say because he wanted to mainly avoid him.

"Hey Luffy," Law said

Luffy starred for a few seconds before answering, "Hey Torao," Luffy out his head down back into his phone. Luffy didn't want to really interact with Law after what had happened. Luffy had a lot of mixed feelings about the situation. "I'm sorry," Luffy apologized

Law was kind of shocked, "what? Why're you apologizing..."

"For running off, I really shouldn't have done that. Especially after you kissed me," Luffy sighed, he still had his head down in his phone, Law was staring at his hair, he had an urge to glide his hand through Luffy's hair.

Law started to chuckle, "I was about to apologize for yesterday too. I don't know what i was thinking," Law looked away from Luffy, Law didn't want to go, but couldn't stand the nervousness and the feeling he got being around Luffy after he basically rejected him.
