I was a boy of fascination and curiosity. Anything I could see I would touch. Anything I could hear I'd listen to. Anything I could know I would learn. But some things aren't meant for little boys. (Not all legends are for bed time stories./ Not all stories remain a bed time story. Some will cling onto you untill it drives you insane) Curiosity kills innocence.

I had a sister who loved playing with dolls while my mom collected antique figurines ever since my childhood, and as for me, all these stuff meant toys I can play with my imagination. So, one day we went into this old antique shop of miscellanous objects for aesthetic value. Mother was too moved that she basically forgot she brought in her kids. Who wouldn't be? The inside was a castle of antiquity. It was so huge and woody, not to mention the reflection of the natural outside light made it look more pleasing to the eyes.

Before I could even start to panick as a lost motherless child at that moment, my sister dragged me away from my foot as we passed these tall shelves of yet other beautifully crafted things of wood, some had glass, some were too weird to be able to identify. Anyway, we stopped at the dolls station. The dolls were like miniature human beings which kind of terrified me because obviously I or no ever kid had ever played with a realistic human doll before, and I'm sure I did not have psychotic desires to manipilate people. But my sister fixed her eyes on these dolls, it meant the world for her which was getting boring for me so I went to explore more, still in the dolls area.

I noticed one doll with very charming little eyes. It looked so real that it enchanted me and I came close to take a look. Before I can even touch it, an old woman with a black shoal flipped my hand away.

"What are you doing, young boy?" She asked. "Do you want a doll?"

I grew anxious because she look liked she was going to scold me so I ran away and looked for my sister. Not far away, I saw her staring infront one of the dolls and the strangest thing happened, the doll winked. I stood frozen. I was in shock. My sister was still there and I can't come close to her in my fear of the doll she is talking to. She talked to it and its mouth moved! I ran away and bumped into someone.

"Do you want to be a doll, young boy?" The old lady said.

"No! Get away from me" I screamed but she already grabbed me by the arm and was dragging me close to my sister.

My sister looked at me and she had the same eye of the doll I looked at earlier. She's not my sister anymore!
