PROLOGUE

What if you never know who you actually are... apart from the fact that no one ever found answers to this question. Strange but true, who are we? What are our superpowers? What is our purpose on this planet? What if... What if we succeeded in whatever we wanted?

It is a rare to know people finding their real purpose in life, doing something which was intended for them and not actually follow what the society wants them to be. Where does real happiness lie? What if I told you that the greatest deed one does not for oneself but for the entire mankind. The greatest happiness lies when you do something that leaves an impression on this world so that it remembers you for your contributions. Strange, but true. 

This is a story of hope, of sparkling eyes, of betrayal, of life, of a princess unaware of her powers, of laughter, of sorrow and certainly love; that roller coaster ride on which Amiira and Savi boarded. Away from their home, in this corrupt world. This is their adventures in this corrupt world for survival.

CHAPTER 1

Have you heard of Kabristan? No? Let me tell you. So, Kabristan is a kingdom much away from the human settlement and fun fact- no human can reach there. How do I know about it? Well, it is all where this began.

What to say about Kabristan? It is no less than a paradise and certainly no more than hell for some. Kabristan is an ideal place one could ever dream of, surely a utopian vision. No one ever committed sins. Prisons were empty and no blood spots on any soldiers' sword. No enemies. Strange but that is what the king believed. 

 How can all this be possible? How can a place have harmony and peace? This place has some unique powers still undiscovered.

This is the story of the royal family of Kabristan headed by King Zohaib and his Queen Irha. He had 2 daughters, Zoya, 19, the prettiest girl in the entire kingdom learnt every skill a princess should know. Sword fighting, dancing, cleverness, well she knew it all. She had a soulful voice and her songs would reverb in and around the palace every evening.

On the other hand, Amiira, 15, was born with a rare lung disease because of which she couldn't do anything that she was supposed to do. She rather was studious and one could always find her amongst books at any hour of the day. Her condition didn't have a permanent treatment, whenever she had difficulty in breathing, she would drink a blue potion from a small bottle that is always in her pocket.

What was there in the blue potion still remains a mystery. It was given by a prophet and he said, "The day this bottle gets empty would be the day your purpose on earth will be fulfilled." Strange but whatever it was that blue potion won't get over even after consuming it. The king would always look for ways for a permanent treatment.

Amiira always had a helper around who was almost the age of her father, Savi. Savi was her friend as she would like to call him. She spent her childhood playing a lot with him and to the fact she even taught him how to read, write and tell him everything she learnt and some crazy stuff. Savi wasn't dumb but a super clever man. He had magic in him and later realized that Amiira had it too, which made them really good friends. It was then that the king asked him not to let Amiira know that she has magic in her. Savi still isn't able to understand why the king commanded so but still followed his orders.

One day, Savi was passing by the king's room, he stopped when he heard the queen quarrel with him and weeping. He walked closer to the room to see what the matter is.

"Amiira should go. That is the only way she could survive."

"No! she is not going to the humans side."

"But she must. That's the only way she could get back to normal."

"What do you mean? I don't want my Amiira to get corrupted by the human world. You know how dangerous and unsafe it is! No. Never. Ever. Absolutely No."

"That's the only way we could cure her. You need to understand."

"And how will she manage all the things alone? And what if those humans get to know about our world?"

"They will not."

"I don't want her to go away from my eyes."

"Even I don't want her to but I am bound to."

On hearing this, even Savi was in tears. He didn't know what to say. What would happen to Amiira if she came to know about this?

As soon as he heard footsteps approaching the door he hid behind the curtains. As the queen went away, he walked to the garden and kept thinking about what he heard. He could not process what he actually heard.

"Savi!"

As he turned around, he saw the king standing behind him.

"Savi, did you hear what we were discussing?"

"Yes, I did, your Majesty."

Savi couldn't believe that the king noticed him. He feared to be the punished for the same.

"I'm glad that you know what actually happened. In fact, I was going to call you. Thank God I don't have much to explain."

Savi was confused. The king was laughing and rejoicing the fact that he was being spied. Strange. Really strange.

"We have decided to send Amiira to the human world because the permanent treatment for her is there. I want you to accompany her and convince everyone there that you are no different than them so that they don't doubt you."

"Wait, that's a lot of expectations from me. How will I do that?", thought Savi.

"Ah Savi! You will be able to that very easily. Whenever I see Amiira and you together, you two do make up a good team and you should go."

"But your Majesty, that world is very much corrupted. How will I be able to save her from all that?"

"I leave that to you Savi. I know you will."

"And what do I tell Shezaadi?"

"Don't worry about that. She already heard us talk and now she is weeping in her room."

What? She heard them talking? How? Savi was very confused.

Amiira also heard the king talking to the queen the same time when Savi stood at the main door of the King's room. She stood at the backdoor with tears in her eyes and knew that Savi heard that too.

"Your Majesty, when are we leaving?"

"Tomorrow"

Savi was shocked. How could all this happen at such a short span? All lot of preparations, explaining Amiira everything, arranging resources, everything.

What is going to happen? Will she agree to her father's order? Or take a very grave decision? Will she make it to the human side? How will they survive that corrupt world?
