Aaina stood at the door , the scene in front of her was too shocking to react . She looked at the two persons standing in front of her in a not so appropriate stage . Tears rolling down from her eyes . Reeti placed a hand on her shoulder . Aaina jerked her hand , turned and ran out of the party hall . Reeti ran behind her giving a last glance to Ayush and Monal .
Once outside the hall , Aaina ran to the garden and broke down completely . She couldn't believe what he just saw . Her boyfriend who was in a relationship with her for two years , who made promises to her was present in the washroom making out with his 'so called ' friend Monal .
Reeti sat next to her . She found her best friend sitting on a empty bench , Aaina was a sobbing mess by now .
Reeti never really liked Ayush but it was her friend who had a crush on him and when he proposed Aaina didn't thought twice before accepting his proposal . He was a sweet , caring and loving boyfriend untill last year when Monal joined the college after that he changed , everyone noticed the change but not Aaina . Aaina was the only one who tried her best for this relationship .And right now Reeti just wanted to kill that idiot who hurted her friend .
" Aaina , please stop crying . At least stop crying over a man like him " she embraced her friend .
"How can he Reetu ? I gave my everything in this relationship . What the hell I did to deserve this ?? " Aaina sobbed .
"Shhh....It's him ....It's his fault .Don't be a fool to blame yourself" Reeti consoled her .
" But I'm ....I'm such a fool . I told about him to Bhabi (sister-in -law ) , I gave him my freaking two years . From last sux months it was only me trying and trying in this relationship . I at least didn't expected that he'll be cheating on me ".
Reeti wiped her tears and sat there consoling her , when they heard Ayush 's voice . They stood up to find Ayush near them .
" Aaina , at least listen to me once please " he requested but there's no guilt in his eyes which Aaina noticed .
"Well , is there anything to listen ?" Reeti replied sarcastically .
"I'm talking to Aaina " he said raising his voice .
"And I'm talking to you Ayush , why did you do this.....with me ?" Aaina asked , fresh tears filling up her eyes .
"Aaina ..."
"Please answer me , Ayush . Kab se chal raha hai yeh ?? You and .....you and Monal .And don't you dare raise your voice against Reetu " Aaina asked in a firm tone , wiping her tears .
" I was about to tell you about me and Monal " he replied very casually . Aaina closed her eyes as a lone tear rolled down .
" Are you serious ?" Reeti gave him a disgusted look .
" Look Aaina , you're going back to Delhi and I'm to Jaipur and I can't continue this relationship . You know very well Monal is a family friend and I like her " he confessed .
" And what about all these years ?? What about that promise we gave each other to met each other's family ?" Aaina asked again .
"My parents will never agree for this relationship . Your life and mine is very different . Aaina , you know I belong to a very high and reputated family . There's a huge difference between your family and My family . " he explained it very cooly .
" Do you even know what rubbish you're speaking ?? Do you know anything about whose family you're talking about " Reeti shouted . Aaina held her hand to stop her .
"Stop yelling at me Reeti .I very well know what I'm saying . And Aaina I don't have any regret about our relationship but it's just you're way too much serious about this " he snapped back .
" Listen to me very carefully Reeti . I don't give a damn about her family . They just can't fit into our circle " he turned to Reeti and Aaina slapped him .
"You don't know anything about my family actually you never tried to , cause you aren't too serious about this relationship . So don't you dare speak anything about them . It was my fault to trust you .Just leave " Aaina shouted .
Ayush was shocked he never saw Aaina shouting at someone with this much hatred . He stepped back and left .
Aain sit down with a 'thud ' on the bench and Reeti looked at her . She knew Aaina could never heard a word against her Bhai and Bhabhi , the two people whom she loved the most , her FAMILY .
" Do chaar aur lagane chahiye the usko aur batati usko ki tu Barun Sharma ki behen hai " Reeti said , the frustation was clear from her tone .
" Jab do saal ke relationship ke baad bhi nahi bataya , toh ab kyun batau ? Everytime I wanted to tell him about my family he seemed disinterested , now I know the reason " Aaina replied with a dry chuckle . "Aur waise bhi tujhe pata hai kyun roka maine tujhe " she saud standing up .
"You aren't gonna cry over this man , promise me ."
" Well I'm not gonna cry , not in front of Bhai and Bhabi at least " she replied ." Can we please go back to our flat ? "
"I'm not even planning to go back to the party to see that cheater's face"
Reeti replied dragged Aaina with her to the parking lot .
