Karl quietly entered the house.

Finally home.

A few minutes late, he wouldn't notice.

He tried to remain as silent as possible, he didn't feel like crying right now.

Quiet delicate footsteps made to his destination, the kitchen. Maybe fixing up a nice dinner for his husband might help him calm down.

Pasta sounds lovely for tonight.

Karl hummed softly as he stirred the pasta, tensing up when hearing the door shut.

He stiffened when he felt strong arms snake around his waist, a head resting on his shoulder,

"Hey baby,"

Go away, stop touching me, leave me alone.

Karl smiled, putting the kitchen utensil down. he turned around and hugged his husband, burying his head in his shoulder. "Hi dear, how was work?" Karl quipped, tracing a finger up and down Sapnaps arm. The taller moved his head on top of the others, huffing when being reminded of work.

"Ugh, it was so boring. Dream and George did nothing but flirt and swap spit." Sapnap whined.

Karl laughed softly. Sapnap grinned, planting a kiss on his lips, earning a yelp from the smaller.

"It smells good in here, what're you cooking?" he looked at the pot.

"Oh- Pasta! I thought it'd be good to try to cook something different once and a while,"

Sapnap nodded, "That sounds nice baby, I'll let you to it." He places a kiss on his lovers temple and nose before unwrapping himself from Karl, walking into his office.

Karl smiled, feeling all warm.

Everthing's fine. He loves me.

He hears his phone buzz, he turned to it.

..Who on gods green earth is calling me?

His eyes widen as he read the message.

'hello? is this karl? its Me quackity'
