Y/N POV
As i began to leave, i remembered I had to take the train this time to get to the restaurant I needed to be at, so I went to the train station and waited. It was beautiful with the cherry blossoms blooming, while some were in full bloom. The cherry blossoms were my favorite part about living in Busan and going to the festivals every year when the flowers began to blossom. As I watched the train station near the platform to board it, I examined how the petals from the flowers got blown away and off into the wind. It was always satisfying and beautiful to see the petals dancing in the wind as they got carried off to somewhere else.
A flood of people came pouring out of the train to go home to their families or to do whatever they wanted. After them, I quickly got onto the train and sat near the front of the car. I knew I couldn't be too late to this date because if I was, my friend would kill me. After a while I got to the other train station and quickly went to the restaurant to see my friend and go see if this person was right for me. She's always wanted me to date but I just don't like thinking about dating, I like not having to worryabout the problems and miscommunications at all and just worry about myself.
The biggest problem I have with dating is the lies that have to be told. It makes it hard to trust your significant other in many ways, but I have to remember that this is just a date and nothing more than that unless I made it that way. I lunged back as the train began to start moving again, realizing everyone was on the train, I put my earbuds in and began to listen to some music on the way there, occasionally getting glances from people on the train. I knew I dressed up for this, but I thought I looked pretty good. I watched outside the window as the branches from nearby trees swayed in the slight breeze.
~Time Skip~
The train began to come to a halt as it neared the platform. I watched out the window to see all the people, but didn't see many since it had gotten dark out in the time it took to get there. As soon as the doors opened, I got up and walked off of the train. I stepped out of the way so people could get off as well but also so i could check the time and saw I wasn't too late yet, and that I was actually early. I was pretty hungry so I guess diner isn't too bad right about now. I opened my phone to figure out how far this restaurant was from the train station, hoping it wouldn't be too far since i was wearing heels.40 minutes away? That's not too bad compared to how much further it could be...
I began walking as I hummed the tune to a song from one of my favorite idols. I walked for about 15 minutes before having to stop because of the heels i was wearing They weren't too high off the ground but my feet ere pounding a bit. As I sat and waited, I watched people pass by seeing cute couples and cute little families. I got up after a few more minutes and continued walking but was slower so I would give my feet some sort of a break. The Aroma of different foods began to fill the air as I walked past the restaurants along the way to the restaurant I was supposed to be at. When I got there I was relieved and went inside exactly on time.
I looked around until I saw my friend and a man who looked around his early 20s, he wasn't bad looking but I was a bit unsure. I walked over to the table and sat next to the man who was supposed to be my date but knew my friend had been crushing on since it was obvious. I didn't want to make it seem like I didn't want to be there but it was hard not to act that way since I was only there for the food and to fail at love yet again. I waited for the two to talk but soon realized they both wouldn't talk.
"Hi, I'm Y/N." I said as I bowed my head and smiled at him, trying to be as polite as I could.
I spoke up since I knew I was going to have to make the first move anyways. It was typical with any guy I met, and I'm tired of it.
"Hi, I'm Jeon Jungkook." He bowed his head slightly showing a shy, sweet smile.
He seemed more nervous than anything if I really payed attention but tried not to draw attention to how tense it seemed. It's interesting to go on dates and see how different people act around myself, but I don't like how nervous they can be. We made small talk and soon our diner arrived. After it arrived I began to eat, feeling uncomfortable as he watched me. I felt bad so I paid for dinner before going to the train station to go home. It was a long walk, but I made it a few minutes early.
I sat down and waited for the train, the cool spring breeze blowing ever so slightly just barely being able to feel it. I saw the train fast approaching so I stood up and grabbed my things. I texted the man I had met tonight to thank him for the dinner. I watched as the train came to a halt in front of me, making the leaves fly across to the other side of the station. I got on and watched out the window on the way home only being able to think about tomorrow and how I had to work the next day, which I didn't want to do.
I continued to watch out the window as we Soon approached the destination. I walked home and when I got inside, I immediately changed into some comfy clothes and watched tv as I did some housework. I watered the plants and hummed a tune to my favorite song before making a snack and heading to the bedroom. I decided to take some NyQuil to help me sleep and set the alarms for tomorrow. I crawled under the covers after opening some windows to let in some aura and went to sleep, holding my pillow close to my body.
